8-24-23 Thank-you to the lovely, young lady in bakery who decorated a cookie cake for my grandsons 5th birthday! It was so pretty and adding the Ninja Turtles on it was so special! He loved it! Thanks again 👍🙂

Giving 5 stars because of a particular employee. Jeanne was the cashier as I was checking out. I was absolutely blown away by her customer service. She assisted the person in front of me by bagging their groceries and then going above and beyond by placing them in their cart. I was welcomed with the same friendly greeting she gave the person in front of me and the same customer service experience. I purchased a bouquet of flowers which she went over to the next station and placed them in a specific flower bag. I want to recognize her amazing customer service and was glad to have her assist me. I hope that Jeanne gets the recognition she deserves because she truly deserves it. Thanks Jeanne! You are amazing!

Great store to get your everyday food essentials very clean and inviting the remodel takes a little getting use to but will adjust over time overall great experience with friendly customer service..

I've shipped at this Jewel for a while...I find the layout easy to follow and the people are usually helpful and pleasant... there are a few it might be better to avoid. The produce is fresh and well taken care of and most of the items are not out of date. If you shop the end caps, be careful, that's where I've found many soon to be outdated items.

This jewel has the best workers. From the self-checkout ladies and men to the deli department, everyone is so helpful. Chris (I think that’s his name), the liquor manager, went above and beyond to help me find some ~almost~ out of stock seasonal product that I had forgotten to buy. Today Lewis the seafood counter employee had closed up shop and still got me a few pieces of tilapia. It’s so difficult to find workers who care, and it’s obvious either Jewel is doing something right, or these people have extremely good work ethics despite the working the grueling job of customer service.

Went for grand re opening, some good sales, could have done more, no freebies today.

I love their fresh produce and the sushi on Thursday is just $5 bucks and $10 wings on Friday :)

Arrived at 11p to grap my pharmacy order. Pharmacist was personable and helpful. I also did a little shopping while there and I experienced the same from the store associates.
Great team here at the store...kudos to the night crew!

People who don't know Jewel Osco. They should. Incredible management and staff here. Very nice decent people. God bless this place here on Roselle road and Wise road.

Newly remodeled, competitive prices, well stocked and a helpful, friendly staff! Extensive wine & liquor department. Excellent, dependable pharmacy!

Fresh stuff lasts longer than any other store and always lots of employment right there that you can ask if you don't see what you want.

I was impressed with this store. Clean, well stocked with a large variety of groceries. The hot bars and prepared food section was what impressed me most. It had such a delicious selection; everything was fresh and hot. I took home several assembled hot tray meals, which was a spontaneous decision because I went in just for bacon!

They have most grocery items. Veggies are always fresh. They even have most Indian Masala items which many big shopping markets do not have. Check out counters are usually not crowded as they keep opening multiple counters based on demand. Always a pleasant experience in this store.

Very well managed, clean, organized, well stocked from fruits and veggies to deli, meat and seafoods and employees are very helpful and freindly as well as knowledgeable. Vegan selections and gluten free selection is decent too. Ample parking. They also offer order on line and pickup stations, didn't have long waits and orders were correctly picked. You go my neighborhood Jewel, keep up the great work!

I usually shop at Mariano’s, still love them, but move recently to roselle, been here only a few times but everyone is pleasant. And props to all the young kids very helpful and great attitudes. Keep up the good work.

Clean, well stocked, local full-service grocery store and pharmacy. Very helpful knowledgeable employees. It must say a lot about this store as most employees stay here very long. I've spoken to the same ones for decades. Yes, seriously decades. Bakery, deli, and butcher are all fresh and good. A well rounded store. Download their app, shop the sales, and you will definitely get deals and save money on featured items.
