Walmart Pharmacy

There all very curious and helpfull. I would like to thank the Walmart Pharmacy crew at St Charles off of Smith Rd.

The ladies At the pharmacy has always been very helpful,Thank you Bhumika for always remembering my name when I come in. Very happy with them all.

I seldom spend more than 5 minutes in line,get my medicine et go.they are always nice et answer your questions.

Never had a problem here, they get my prescription in on time or sooner and are polite

Today I went in for my medication and the staff was very polite and kind. Would definitely go back.

Very polite and attentive staff considering how busy they are. Never have any problems on their end.

Go too often. They know us.

Told me my prescription would be ready the next day, I came back, and it wasn't there still. Annoying.

Sadly, the customer service at this location is terrible. When picking up prescriptions, there is always a wait..................three employees behind the pharmacy desk who really don't pay attention to anyone in line. Dropping off a prescription.............they say 30 minutes..............you get it 50 minutes later. When asked about the delay...................their answer is always "We just don't have enough help". I am tired of being treated like I am doing them a favor using their pharmacy instead of them being appreciative of my business.

I get messages that my prescriptions are ready. I drive there they have none of my prescriptions ready. This has happened 3x.

They wouldn’t refill my birth control for over 4 months, every time they would cancel my order and tell me “ we have to order that” but they never would . They finally filled it 4 months later oddly on the same day i find out at the hospital that I am pregnant and miscarrying , thank you Walmart pharmacy for the trauma you have caused
