My car wouldn't start one Monday morning, such a horrible way to start a week...but thank goodness for Jim & Tom's! I called and explained the situation & their staff was so kind and helpful. They were able to arrange and advise regarding a towing service & were then able to determine the issue with ease. They continually go above & beyond - I always know my car is in good hands!

Great service, great pricing, I'll be back here for any future needs. My car was leaking power steering fluid, I brought it in after they opened; and they gave me a phone call with a total before 2pm.

The only reason I can afford to keep a Audi and a Porsche is I take them to Jim and Tom's instead of the dealer. They do great work and the cost is very reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
