The staff is so friendly and helpful!!! Convenient store to run into, much better than any Menards or Home Depot!! Also learned that they also recycle and accept items from their customers!

Best customer service I have had in years! I broke my car key in half and 2 gentleman (Eric and Matt) took the time to make a new key from my broken one and even went as far as helping getting my car started cause I could not afford a new key with a chip so they made a basic key and helped me start my car with the basic key. These two took time and helped me out greatly, most places would have given up after 1 or 2 trys but these two helped until my problem was solved. These gentleman are amazing people and deserve a shout out!

If you're doing a project and you need something these folks will probably have it. Staff is also very helpful. There is an older gentleman in there by the name of Hal and I must say Hal is extremely helpful. Today marks the 3rd time Hal has given me helpful advice. Thanks again sir!

Ace can be more expensive than most. But there are good deals. Most importantly you can count on Ace being more helpful than others, better than the big box hardware stores & vastly above stores like Walmart. This location in particular is excellent. The staff is second to none.

No one in the area would let us use the restroom for the kids (they ied 4 places before Ace!). I know it seems little, but it’s a big deal for a Mom. The people at Ace allowed us to use their staff one. Very nice and helpful staff, organized store….we will for sure be back! Thank you!

Above and beyond customer service! This evening about 7:40, Jim the store manager called me 30 minutes or so after assisting me with finding the shower replacement cartridge I needed. He made sure I understood what I was doing and wanted to make sure I was able to change it out and my family had water tonight. He even gave me his cell number in case I had a problem! Haven't had service like this in forever! Thank you Jim...I was able to change it wth your excellent teaching skills and knowledge! God bless!

I was out looking for refills on my 2 propane tanks. I went to Ace and they can fill up your empty tank with 20 pounds of propane for $20. Everywhere else that does exchanges give you only 15 pounds but charge you $15 (Murphys) to $22 at Shell for 15 pounds. Go into Ace, pay for your refill, then drive to the back of the store where there is a fenced in storage area where they refill the tank. Great service that was very friendly and a great deal.

Went to to look for drain opener for the bathroom. As soon as I walked in the girl asked what I was looking for and she directed me on what isle to find it. As soon as I get there another employee asked me if he could help me find what I was looking for. Liked the fact that everyone was very helpful and informative.

Liz and Molly at the service desk provided excellent service today problem solving a lighting issue with our turkey decoration that wouldn’t light. After testing the fuses and finding they worked, they checked each bulb and replaced the dead ones. Thanks for saving it!

This ace has been a lockport staple forever. I know years ago I've had issues with them keeping their items stocked. This is not the case anymore. I go ace 3-4 times a week and am never disappointed.

Buy local, my go to store. Pleasant employees that are willing to help. If they do not have an item in stock, they will get it for you ftom another store.

Made my patio set purchase online, store only had display model left, spoke with store that was my only option since they had none left, store even delivered it same day set it up in my backyard.. saved me alot of time.. definitely my to go place

Being a life long resident of Lockport, Kin-Ko Ace is my number 1 place to go when I need something for my house/garden!
They train their employees so they can answer questions, give you direction and help you get what you need.
Love they that they do repairs too! Saved me money over the years.
They've changed the store around, its MUCH easier to find things & have more stock. Go ACE!

My favorite ace store

I was at Ace Hardware which happens to b myFav by Closeness!! The Crews are nice here than any Ace, I've been too!! From Front to Back everyone here wants to make sure you have the right parts!! Everyone says hello!! If you have question it's so easy to get help!!
I do have to send a BIGSHOUT 2 MIKE!! So DOGGONE HELPFUL!!! MORE than once he's been there for me!! Not only nice he's never gotten irritated by my double questions or asking him to repeat something for me!! He nor N E one here at this Lockport Ace Hardware has never steered me wrong, on any of my home projects or repairs!!! Kudos
