I can’t explain what an incredible experience I had here recently with a customer service worker named Drew. He was kind, patient, and so helpful when I found myself in a sticky situation with an instore and online order. I called the next day to praise him to his manager but was never able to get anyone on the line, so I’m here to leave a review and say Thank you SO MUCH for helping us out in what could have been a very stressful experience! :D

They usually have most of what I'm looking for. I'm the service manager for a modular home supplier, so often need specific repair parts and supplies.

My boy Matt has its down pat. I shop in the afternoon a lot and I’m always building something. Matt is my cashier a few times a week and he always knows the answers to my questions and gets me on the right path to what I need.

It's a Home Depot. A man's man kind of place to go. Has everything a man could need. Along with whatever else a family would need from building to tools to equipment, overall has everything a house would need or project requires. Reliable place and pretty knowledgeable staff. Always a good experience coming here.

My daughter works there..why would I go anywhere else!

I was 400 miles from home and in a bind with no tools. Milton in lumber went above and beyond to get some 6x6 blocks cut to exactly what I needed. Really saved the day…what a legend!!!

Good selection of pretty much anything you could need for a home project. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Garden center is always well stocked. Appreciate the very large selection of smart home devices and LED light bulbs. Can’t think of a time they haven’t had what I needed!

John in appliances is great. Spent a lot of time showing and explaining different models of washers, dryers stoves ovens.

Great place to work on training your dog. Very nice store and people

I walked the store for a while before being approached for help. Kristin...I think... went out of her way to help me find exactly what I needed, even though it was way up on a shelf. I did not get same experience at Lowe's. They just said no. I will happily return to Home Depot.

Just stopped in to shop for windows, don’t make a purchase today but they are still my favorite place to shop!

I’m am so disappointed in the service. Workers standing around talking and totally ignoring us. We asked where something was and they responded but offer no help whatsoever. We were standing trying to figure out what we needed for several minutes in plain view of three employees. We pick one thing and started to walk away and decided we had the wrong thing so we turned around to look again and still no help. Checkouts we’re just as bad.

My daughter and I were purchasing several items for which we needed Customer Service to assist with the Will Call and Out-of-Stock items on our list. Drew in CS was able to help us with everything. He was professional, efficient, and fun to deal with! Recognizing everyone is short handed, we especially appreciated the time and pleasure he took in getting the job order placed correctly. Drew is an asset to the Home Depot team for sure.

We are building a new home, and they have been our go-to store for materials & tools. Always helpful and returns are so easy.
