A gift from God! Let me tell you about Heather... I am business owner who was on my way to Traverse City the other morning from the other side of the state. I was having one of those Monday morning were nothing was going right at all. It started out with bending the hitch on my utility trailer, stopped by daughters house, couldn't get the printer to work, the computer wouldn't turn on, left my gloves and hat there. Half way to TC I realized that I left my wallet at home. I had to make copies for my noon presentation... I was running out of time and out of my mind. When I called up to Staples, Heather answered the phone and she was so good and calm. She said to come on in and she would help me. Arrived to Staples with little time to spare. Heather helped me to order my 350 copies online Staples so I could pay with them with my wife's credit card over the phone. She even gave me a $50.00 coupon code to help out with the express printing cost. Once order she moved my print order to the front of the line. Now that I had my beautiful printed materials I had to start loading the printed materials into 50 presentation folders which I did on a desk they had set aside for customers. While filling my presentation folders, I could hear Heather talking with other customers. She is absolutely amazing in the way she speak with customers in helping them and in checking them out. What a breath of fresh air she is and what a wonderful asset she is to Staples TC!!! When I left there, I was at peace, I arrived at my presentation with 3 minutes to spare. The presentation went very well and the rest of my day was smooth sailing, thanks to Heather!

I have used this staples store for my printing services several times this year and have had a lovely experience each time. The customer service is always excellent and I always feel helped and welcomed. I would recommend!

I just bought a chair here yesterday and it was a perfect 10/10 experience. Perfect product and fast, friendly, responsive & knowledgeable staff. Seamless.

I came in with a cart of random items I needed to ship to various locations for my job. Zack was super knowledgeable, helpful and very patient with me as I struggled to get everything organized. I highly recommend using the mailing/packaging center here, especially because it is open far later than FedEx or UPS.

Had a problem with forms I purchased. In the way the staff addressed the problem, I was dignified by their offer to take care of the issue. As I realized the error was mine. I also realized they were willing to help despite obviously knowing that I made the error. This was addressed in a way that is truly exemplary. They could have explained my error to me but instead dignified my request. Outstanding job guys.

Just finish school supply shopping here. Walking Gabriel greeted himself and took us around the store and made a sizable task complete in minutes. Guy working the register was outstanding I bought a computer here a couple months ago for my daughter and the guy that helped us then was outstanding. Kudos to the manager and all the staff here. Fantastic experience more than once.

I walked into the traverse city store on Feb. 10th, needing a computer charger after mine broke the previous. My computer was needed for a conference presentation that day.

I wish I would have remembered the name of the two employees who helped me, but they both took the time to help me find a cord. Staples was the 3rd or 4th store I had visited to find a charger and had not once in the other stores had the level of help the two employees had given. Ultimately we discovered none of the in store product suited my need, and with it needed that day I wasnt going order anything from online, but I appreciated the help I was given and would definitely visit and recommend the store again.

All the staff were incredibly helpful in picking our the right printer for my needs and being patient as we picked out chairs. They let us know of all the current deals and what our rewards program does for us with these purchases. They even helped load everything up into the car! Huge compliments to the staff in Traverse City!

As of June they're amidst a messy remodel but the employees are fantastic at helping customers through the transition. All you need to do is ask (politely...I shouldn't have to say that but one witnesses so many rude, self-absorbed retirees and tourists in a tourist town we almost need elementary school lessons on manners posted in every shop entrance) for help and they will bend over backwards for you and if they don't have it they're great at ordering it or walking you through the order process at their computer. The price matching is unparalleled as well! They've helped me find the right laptop for my media editing and, though they didn't have it that day they helped me order it for home delivery AND I got it price matched from Amazon and a heap of Rewards points, something most other places don't offer. Once those post I can't wait to go back after their remodel is done and get a couple pounds of free bulk bag candy with rewards.

Recently, I went in to send a fax. Not only was Ms. Carol (with an “e”) EXTREMELY helpful, but as well pleasant. Bravo Zulu (military jargon) for GREAT service. From start to end: this is what Customer Service should be like!

I had the pleasure of working with Dez who not only helped me but continued to check on me and go out of her way. She was cheerful and was never condescending about my myriad questions.

I wish she could go around and train others about exceptional customer service. Thank you Dez! You made my day.

Great experience today at staples. Just needed to print a couple things but it got complicated and staff were excellent in solving the issue. Customer service was excellent!

Thank you carol. I spent hours trying to figure out how to record interviews on an iPad with dual mics. Best Buy- nothing doing.
Carol took the time to trouble shoot and in five minutes problem solved and I was on my way. Will be back for any tech needs.

Checked out with a woman whose name tag said General Manager. Had an outstanding experience. Item was placed in the wrong spot and she made things right without me even having to ask. Will shop here for office supplies always!

I went in to get s a power adapter for my laptop. The guy helping me was great, very helpful. I was able to test the plug right there in store.

Went to Staples to do some scanning and photocopying of some very important documents. I have no idea what I am doing with any office machinery. Alex helped me to do everything and was so polite. I can not thank him enough. I have no idea what he earns but it should be doubled.
