Cuppa Joe Drive Thru

My wife and I were on our way home from a long week in TC and needed our morning coffee fix. The neighboring Starbucks was 10-15 cars deep so we came across Cuppa Joe across the street and decided to give it a try. We were both pleasantly surprised at how good the iced mocha and blonde roast coffee was! Affordable prices and extremely friendly staff. We will definitely be back next time we're up!

My husband and I tried this place for the first time even though we have made many trips to the Traverse City area. With the line for the neighboring coffee chain being 10-15 cars deep, he called an audible and we decided to give Cuppa Joe a try! We were incredibly pleased with the coffee - amazing (better than it's other competitor in my opinion)! The service was great too, super friendly and quick. We will be back!

Always great coffee, amazing service, delicious pastries, and no need to get out of the car. My favorite local coffee spot!

Friendly staff and great scones!!! Food is good at the cafe in bldg 50. I love the Chai Latte, my husband loves the smoothies.

It’s always great when I have time to grab a treat here! It can get busy so sometimes you have to wait a bit but it’s worth it. Love my local coffee shop!

I’ve always loved going to Cuppa Joe before drill back in 2012-2015. I came to TC for a day trip and was pleasantly surprised to see Cuppa Joe still standing! Their service is still spot on, and friendly! The lady (from Oregon bc I unfortunately never got her name) was amazing! Very patient with me and my sister since we didn’t know what we wanted. She made us exactly what we asked for, even though we didn’t know what we were asking for! So glad to see that they’re still in business and still providing amazing service! Thank you Cuppa Joe!

Literally came here on a whim and the coffee is so good! I got a vanilla latte with oatmilk and it's by far the best one I've had. Will always come here when we are in Traverse City.

Stopped here for a vanilla latte with oat milk. It was delicious! Not too sweet, great flavor. They also offer third coast bakery items which is great if you have any food allergies and would like a sweet treat with your coffee.

I love this spot! The mocha is soooo good, every single time. It makes me sad to see people lined up in Starbucks when much better coffee is literally right next door. Will always support Cuppa Joe!

Excellent coffee! Also enjoyed a fresh cherry scone. Very pleasant young man waited on us. Very knowledgeable of their product. Guided us to our perfect coffees... There were 3 of us, each with a different preference.

Great, attentive, and friendly service. Love supporting a local business. Nice selection of coffee and tea and drinks. A few tasty bakery items as well. The location is cute though the drive-in is sometimes tricky to get in because of traffic. A strong business repurposing a old bank location.

We were pleasantly surprised by this little gem in TC. The blueberry scone with key lime glaze and Mexican hot chocolate cookies were out of sight! Very flavorful with perfect textures. Will definitely return upon our next visit.

I don't live on that side of town anymore and stopped today and forgot how amazing they are! Go here instead of Starbucks. Yummm. Sweet and helpful young kids working and they nailed my iced latte. Sooo good. Best one I've had in awhile!

They are also the only coffee shop in town I've found that offers macadamia nut milk as an alternative and it is soooooo good!

New favorite place to get coffee while on vacation! They came right out to our car while we were in line to order. The coffee was great and the danish was good. I love supporting hometown places and this is a great one to stop in to.

Great service, and reasonable cost. Cherry cream cheese croissant, large mocha with raspberry and I have a very happy mouth this morning! Glad I drove through, I'll be back! Support LOCAL!

If you're in the mood for great coffee early then go see Amanda! She is an absolute ray of sunshine and an amazing barista. This girl deserves way more then she is probably getting paid. Its so refreshing to come across someone in the customer service field who is so pleasant and just remembers the little things. Great place and even better staff.

My favorite coffee in TC and a must-stop for me every time I am in town. The espresso used at Cuppa Joe is so good (and their Cherry Bomb smoothie is delicious, too!)
