Holiday Inn Express & Suites Eden Prairie - Minnetonka, an IHG Hotel

Lovely hotel with great amenities. I was a little disappointed that there isn’t a fridge or microwave, but the little details made up for it. The overall look of the hotel is very nice and welcoming. The room is clean and comfortable. The tv and heating/air conditioning unit work well, as well as a thermostat in the room. It seems very well kept. The complimentary items and shower products are Dove brand, which I personally love. The pressed toilet paper and the way the towels were folded is such a great and unique touch. The furniture and decor looked very nice. I appreciated the note left by Doris. Doris does an amazing job keeping the rooms in order! For an overnight stay, I am definitely more than satisfied.

Well we were only there for 8 hours we were having the house sprayed for pests do I didn't get to enjoy it much but i had room #229 it was very quiet it was amazing for the money it had a nice big clean king size bed a chair and an automin a desk with a nice chair a microwave and a coffee maker along with a decent flat tv and the bathroom was nice clean and we'll stocked then after relaxing and having a drink or two I sat in the hot tub and pool witch were also more than adequate lastly the clerks at the desk were also professional and helpful... This is our 2nd time here in the last 2 months and we have had outstanding service . Friendly staff, amazing clean atmosphere. And we enjoy ourselfs greatly. We love just being able to come here and just relax and unwind. This is like our HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!
I would totally reccomend this awesome place to all my friends and family!!

Decent room, great value. Chipotle and my Burger nearby. Quiet location. Breakfast served. Free parking. 15 mins from MOA.

It's a very clean hotel and comfortable bed with a wonderful comforter,
Holidays linen and towels never disappoints cleanliness, the employees go up and above to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the bathroom has a shower dispenser with dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash 🙂
Standard rooms do not come with a fridge and microwave but has a
keurig coffee maker and k cups 👍
Very good coffee in the lobby which is nice for guests !

Nice, clean rooms, great breakfast options even for those with food allergies.
Nice location with ease of access to the highway. Eateries in walking distance.
Nice pool area including hot tub. Lowerable accessible chairs for both pool and hot tub.

Bad TV service it freezes. Small flatscreen TV. No ability to see upcoming programs.

The hotel was VERY clean, you could smell fresh baked dessert upon entering the lobby and they were EXTREMELY accommodating!!! My room was clean (smelled clean) and spacious with comfortable firm plush bedding. They even have Tractor Trailer parking too!!! The Cinco de Mayo theme and snacks were welcoming!!! There Continental breakfast had various selections and the push of a button pancake machine was dynamite.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Nice pool and hottub. Lots of tables in the breakfast area that are available for gathering with larger groups. Friendly staff. At the time we were there, one elevator was out of order and the other was super loud and slow. My only complaint is the crazy road situation to get in and out of the hotel parking lot. That is not the hotel's fault but it is a bit crazy.

One of the best Holiday Inn's we have stayed at and we try to strictly stay with them.
Employees were very friendly and accommodated us very well.
Hotel and rooms very clean. Pool and hot tub were nice, clean and warm. Breakfast was amazing for a hotel breakfast (lots to choose from) 24 hr coffee, cocoa a huge plus! Will definitely stay again if in area.

Stayed here nye last year. Good view from the windows, staff was nice, everything was clean. Only downside was that my work was literally right outside the window. But I didn't have to drive so eh..
Bed was very comfortable and clean. I think I remember something about the bathroom but it wasn't a big enough deal to remember- or warrant losing a star over. We had a good time with the free cable and rang in the new year with a nice comfortable place. I saw other people on our floor but never heard anything outside our door.

This place is great! This is how a hotel should be run. I can't find any negative thing to say. The rooms were great, everything super clean, and an awesome breakfast!!

Stay here! Was with a group of 40. Staff was awesome and friendly. Everything went so smoothly. Breakfast, even at busy times was well stocked, clean and hot. Rooms were clean, pool was clean. Will stay here again.

Rooms are modern and clean. Would stay here again.

Good things:

- All the staff is super friendly and they help you with whatever you have doubts
- breakfast is super rich and they have a lot of variety of hot food
- at breakfast they have the option that you can grab and go
- the place is super clean and the rooms too.
- They have a pool that has the deepest 5ft and a spa that is super nice to relax a little
- They have a gym

Things missing or I didn't like:

- The pillows if they seemed a little uncomfortable
- In the room you can hear the other rooms if they speak very loudly or set an alarm
- In my room there was no refrigerator

These guys are great. Holiday Inn Express has become my goto for lodging whenever I travel for work(Nottingham, Philadelphia, now Minnesota) . The prices are good and the staff is always amazing. They are incredibly friendly and professional. The rooms have always been nice and the new breakfast is extremely good. I would very much recommend Holiday Inn Express as one of the best places to stay when you travel.

We stayed here the weekend of our wedding and we were so impressed! I booked a suite for the bridal party to get ready in Saturday morning and the hotel staff was SO accommodating to all of our requests. They never made us feel like a bother and were so friendly when we would pass by the desk! We will definitely recommend staying here!
