Recently moved to Lockport and was looking for a reliable mechanic in the area. Enzo and the crew at Mike's were terrific. Called in the morning and they took me right in. Got the work done that I needed for a reasonable price in a professional manner. Really friendly group. Based on this experience, I'll be going back for any future work on our vehicles.

Booked appointment online for a "check engine" light. Appointment time kept, meaning, they looked at the vehicle shortly after arrival. Turned out to be CAT Converter code. Recommended replacement of CAT converter and both oxygen sensors. Communication was excellent. Time sensitive repair which they were able to accommodate even sooner than anticipated. All things considered, felt the pricing was fair and competitive.

I called for a battery. They had it in stock. They were able to do it right away. It cost less than what the local auto parts stores were charging without installation. My battery is in a tight spot and can be trickery to install. Great people. Great service.

Staff was very friendly and was able to get my car in quickly. I had an oil change, tire rotation done along with a full brake service, new pads and rotors on all four tires. Price was very reasonable and had my car back late afternoon.

Honest, genuine, and rare. I trust these guys with my car repairs and work more than any other mechanic shop I've ever been to. My Uncle Joey has been a mechanic for over 40 years. He knows just as well as most of you, most mechanic shops do not have people that care. These guys care and I'm very, very grateful for them. They make you feel very welcome and comfortable there. That in itself is very rare in most places in Chicago. It is southern hospitality plus honest service. What else do you want? Maybe you want free work done. I do too. But this is just great ! I will gladly give them my money for honest work any day. Maybe you have had a bad experience elsewhere or have had doubts about the answers they give or the work they do that you can't see. I trust these guys and I'm sure you would too if you give them a visit. I do not have anything else to say. I'm impressed. You can not ask for more unless you know someone in your own family with a shop that does it for free. And we all know nothing is free. They have turned down work I wanted them to do because they saw it was not needed. They said not to worry about it. That was a year ago. And they were right it was not needed even until today it is running good. No leak. They don't play games. I like that.

I recently broke the locking lug nut trying to get my tires off to change out my brakes, anyways the lug nut cracked and I was screwed. I took it into Mikes and it was near closing time on a Saturday, they took care of me big time. A technician stayed past closing on a Saturday and they didn’t even charge me. A1 service from the office to the shop.

Needed brake work on my 2010 Honda CRV. Estimate was fairly priced and repair work done quickly. Communication through the whole process was great…friendly team.

Professional and honest service in a timely manner. They make sure you're taken care of as well, upon inspecting my vehicle they discovered my front suspension struts were showing signs of going bad. Since they had originally installed the struts, and they were still under manufacturer warranty, they immediately replaced them for new ones at no cost to me.

Went in as a walk in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was finished in a little more than and hour. Total cost was less than what the dealer charges just for the oil change (synthetic). Have been going there for a while since back when I had an old beater 2003 Pontiac. They have never over charged or suggested work that wasn't necessary to keep the car running. I will plan on taking my present car there for regular maintenance.

I have been going to this establishment since they were Merlins. They have always been helpful, honest and have fair pricing. They don't try to oversell you things you don't need. The very first time I went here I showed the estimate to a mechanic friend of mine. He not only told me it was a good price, but that they were doing more than most places would do for that price.
I went in to get my battery checked because of it needing to be jumped. While I needed a new battery I inquired about a tire sale they were having. They told me I would be out by the afternoon. The manager even gave me a ride home while he was on the way to pick up my tires. When I picked up my car they walked me through the rebate process and I was on my way. I will continue to use Mike More Miles for all of my vehicles.
