I went to Hawk Nissan because I did not like the attitude I was given at Gerald Nissan in North Aurora. Andy in Service was absolutely AWESOME!!! He assisted me with everything and was completely open with what was going on with my car and what I had to do. Ultimately I ended up needing a new CVT (under extended warranty) and provided a loaner. I would recommend Hawk Nissan for all of your needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!😁 I ALMOST wanted to buy the loaner car I drove!!!

I bought a very clean Chevy from Hawk Nissan. It was priced well. They came down a little. The most impressive thing about this dealership is this: From the day I made the offer, to the day the truck was delivered to my house from Chicago to Denver took 7 days. That is fast. I have been a satisfied customer for the past 9 years. I have had all of my service done for my 2016 Rogue at Hawk. The last time I came in for service I decided to move into a newer car. I left with a new Sentra via there lease program. Brian in sales helped me make the right choice along with the rest of the team. Brian was very helpful, professional and comfortable to work with! All that took part of the sale of this car understood that business is business and were clear that everybody has to make money or save money (pending which side you are on) ….I always felt treated fair. I only had good experience with the Nissan Hawk team, even beyond the initial sale, they take care of you. If I could, I would buy more cars at their location. Overall - Job well done to see a happy customer walk out the door with a new car.

This was overall one of the best (if not the best) car buying experiences I’ve had to date. Felt like I left with a fair value both on my trade and the purchase (2024 Pathfinder). I really liked my sales rep, Chris, in particular. The whole staff was pleasant, it was a beautiful facility, just really awesome all around. It’s rare these days to find the level of service I received, so I’ll be back.
