We had the best experience with Cutting Edge from start to finish. From the time we entered the store to the time our counters were installed it was 15 days! Service was wonderful all around, with each person we interacted with. Communication was great. We could not be happier!

I received installation of my countertops this past Monday and I just want to say that I am just so delighted with the service and product. Gary and Donovan were very professional and put down drop clothes over my brand new tile floor to protect everything. They arrived on time and got right to work. Installation went off without a hitch. I had two seams and they installed so well that I can barely see them! They were so nice answering all my questions on care and maintenance and the do's and don'ts of quartz. The countertops are absolutely beautiful! Thank you again!

Absolutely amazing and will be recommending to all my family and friends. They did my parents countertops and can say they did an outstanding job! The process was very smooth after measurements they came out 2 weeks later for the install. Chris and Larry were very professional and personable, the actual install was very quick and thorough. Had our bathroom counter replaced with quartz. From start to finish, working with Mark, Michelle, and the delivery guys Gary S. and Chris B., we were pleased how professional, helpful, and nice everyone was!! Gary and Chris took their time, made sure our sinks and faucets fit properly, cleaned up, answered all our questions, and were very friendly! The process was really smooth from selecting, ordering and installation. Eric O and Demitri did our installation. They were great and answered all our questions and made sure we we satisfied. Took care in their work and left the bathrooms better than when they arrived. Countertops look great!!!

Kelly was great to work with and spent a lot of time with us working on picking out the perfect countertop within our budget. The guys that came to install were respectful and quick. Very happy with our purchase!

Highly recommend this place. Felt no pressure when we went in to look at the available options, and ended up buying same day. Competitive prices compared to big box stores, and the selection was amazing. Bought, measured and installed in less than three weeks.

Measurer was super thorough, and it was really cool to watch the process.

Unfortunately, our sink broke when we were removing the old countertop (our fault haha) so we had to buy a new sink. The installers came and test fit the new sink and made sure we wouldn’t have any issues installing it.

Everyone we were in contact with were very professional and friendly. Highly, highly recommend this place!

Have used these guys at work for finished basement projects for many years. 2 years ago had them do the countertops for my own kitchen, and right before x-mas they installed new tops for my mom's kitchen remodel. Eric and his new guy are both 100% professional and do great work. Highly recommended.

We have remodeled four kitchens in the past 25 years, so we were bracing for weeks of mess, work delays, and hidden costs. Our experience with Cutting Edge proved that a kitchen update can be done quickly, professionally, on time and on budget -- they were fantastic and we are so happy with the finished product. Sales Rep Mark Williams helped us select materials and choose work options that kept us on budget. We were contacted by the scheduling office within a couple of days and set up the measuring and installation appointments in one short phone call. Randy, who came to measure, and Eric O. and Chris S. the installers all called ahead and showed up exactly on time. Their work was fast and professional -- all work was done exactly as promised and expected. One day later the plumber hooked everything back up, the back splash was installed, and our kitchen was done. From showroom to completion - 12 days! And the office followed up with us immediately to make sure that we were happy. No one that we talk to can believe it -- we are very satisfied customers and would highly recommend Cutting Edge Countertops for your kitchen project.

I can't say enough great things about our experience with Dana and Mark at the Wixom location. My husband and I went to just about every single warehouse in southeast Michigan and we would do it all over again just to end up at Cutting Edge. Dana and Mark treated us like family from the moment we walked through the door. We walked the isles with Dana and she gave us honest and great information with every question we had. We had two of our four children with us and Mark was able to keep our 4yr old entertained while Dana helped us and that made the process for us so much easier. Just that small act of kindness from Mark to our son helped ease some of the stress we've been through during this whole process.

Now with that being said, let's get the good stuff. Cutting Edge has a great selection in house to choose from. From high-end to affordable, but still really nice. Their prices are very reasonable and the best around. They worked with us every step of the way. If you're looking for great customer service and an amazing selection of rock go see Dana and Mark!

The CEC install team of Demitri H, Jordan S and Trenton S did a remarkable job with our installation. They were prompt, conscientious and very professional. They took extreme care making sure the seams were invisible. This is my third time using CEC and would definitely use them again

From our initial visit to view countertop materials for our Howell home master bathroom remodel to the installation all went extremely well. Cutting Edge Countertops in Wixom has their processes down to a science. Our new quartz countertop, shower curb top and threshold are perfect thanks to conscientious employees who helped us along the way.

I had a countertop made for my half bath. It went quickly and smoothly: the fabrication, the tear out, the install, and the plumbing hook up. Could not have been more organized, professional, and detail-oriented. Will definitely use again.
