I had an issue with a greedy landlord trying to keep my security deposit for unlawful reasons. I talked with John and he explained 3 different ways in which we could proceed, the pros and cons to each pathway, and how much time, energy, and money each would cost. After choosing one pathway, I got my full deposit back with an apology within 1 week.

Worked with Deb for my daughter’s divorce. Complete “template lawyer”—can’t wander off the trail. Lacks creativity, imagination and positive communication. Pushed back on dealing with specific issues impacting the divorce because it didn’t fit her “established way”. Definitely wasn’t the “fighter” we were told. Works predominantly from Naples in the winter and might be close to retirement. Daughter walked away with around $35,000 in divorce and Deb took about $30,000 of it. Would have preferred to have the opposing lawyer….Buyer Beware.

Very Very Friendly on the phone but they Do not Take Tenant cases, They only represent Landlord. this was explained to me over the phone. Really should change the business description. Says Tenant Attorney as provided services but they do not off them.

Not recommended...Look elsewhere!
