Had a good experience here, would go again. Was in a convenient spot.

My first time in and I loved it! I have to wait to get my nails done across the parking lot and decided to come in here to wait and Amber and her crew were absolutely amazing, thank you guys so much for the great customer service!

The two Biggby coffee shops we have in Traverse City, this one is my favorite. More times then not my coffee stays pretty consistent. The rewards are a good insensitive to keep coming back. I have order over the phone before and it was ready and hot when I got there.

Delicious!!! This was my first time here after passing so many of these on my trip. I finally had to stop. I got a large butter bear - butterscotch and caramel. Yummm. I can never find butterscotch drinks. It could have been butterscotchier, but can't everything? It was pretty pricey too - 12 dollars for 2 drinks, but you can't put a price on love. :)

I go to lots of Biggbys, and this one checks all the boxes: friendly staff, open space, variety of seating (tables, counter stools, comfy chairs), gorgeous fireplace. The flatscreen was also large and ON.

I have had the most excellent service with a smile from all my stops to get coffee on my way into work. They really are so friendly and kind. Highly recommended for coffee and smiles!!

Home! You were our last coffee stop after an 8,000 mile trip to West coast. Washington to California. And still our 4 legged manager wonders at every stop… he’s coming back isn’t he? Delicious fresh and perfectly hot. Thank you for the welcoming home brew.

This place always has wonderful people working and great drinks. I like that the coffee is not too acidic. The only thing that would make this place better is if you were allowed to give tips to the baristas with your credit card.

Biggby Coffee has been my usual place to get coffee, I like to get a nice Carmel Marvel, the first drink I got there, and I'm pretty sure the only one I've purchased. No whip cream though. But, that is my opinion.

I just stopped in on my way down state (2/18 at about 10:30 am) and the store was really busy. Had a little bit of a wait because I could see that the barista had like 4 bagel sandwiches to make.. well that didn’t bother me at all because both girls behind the counter had smiles on their faces and were working as fast as they could even though customers kept pouring in. Also, my latte is perfectly made... If I had any cash on me I would have definitely left a tip but I felt they deserved some recognition! 👍🏻☺👏🏻❤

No drive through is the only downside to this place. Large space inside with a fireplace, a big parking lot, and friendly staff.

There coffee is really good! They have a good selection of different drinks to choose from. I once had a frozen drink and it was really chucky and I went up for a spoon and they made me a new one at bo extra charge! All of the people that work there are supper nice and it is always clean.

Good coffee (and they even have stuff for the people that aren't so found of coffee) good service, and a good place to chill. I always get a mocha caramel on ice its delicious. And sometimes I add marshmallow for added creaminess and flavor.

Had a fun time at Biggby, 2nd time and the manager and her staff made both times memorable and enjoyable and went out of their way to assist us. Remembered our last time there and shared moments with tonight's staff creating laughter and chatter for our time there.

Baristas work hard and deliver quickly while handling in-store orders and door dash orders. I enjoy the variety of drinks and they always taste how I expect.

Always good. Very comfortable and great (coffee) drinks and other delicious items like bagle breakfast sandwhiches and muffins. Great service & clean always. My fiancée & I had our first date at this location so it's special to me.

Another Bigby! These guys are rocking it. The service was fast and the drinks amazing. The girls seemed to truly enjoy their jobs and we had a great time grabbing coffee.

Always amazing! Best caramel in town - my go-to is an iced black bear (caramel, mocha & butterscotch) with sweet foam!
