Traverse City Church of Christ

Traverse City Church of Christ has been one of the most life changing experiences ever. I believe this church is authentic compared to a lot of bigger churches that otherwise might intimidate a lot of newcomers. The pastor and the elders are very knowledgeable of scripture and have a big sense of humor. I was skeptical about going to church in the first place but that all changed the first day. I've never been more welcome. It has a small but genuine, inviting experience that dwells in this place. This is now my home church. This is where I got saved. All the popular jokes about church people being "holier than thou" and everything else might as well be left at the door. We have all got issues, this place and the friends I've made here, along with God of course, have helped me heal and get better. If your looking for that authentic, welcoming church experience, this is it.

Very friendly group, they tolerate the weird Pokemon people like me that show up.
