I had some storm damage to my garage roof (tree fell from storm winds), and Ray and the entire Evert Construction crew did an incredible job taking care of the project from exterior to interior damage repairs. Very fast, very professional, and excellent on cost. They made the entire process very painless and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Evert Construction to anyone who asks. Thank you Ray!

I can not say enough positive about Evert Construction, I would recommend them to everyone. We have had Ray, and his team, complete a couple jobs for us in the last 6 months. First was a bathroom install and a expansion of our finished basement. It turned out beautiful! Cody and Todd did an amazing job, they were very punctual, professional, completed quality work and kept me informed through the whole process. Recently we had Evert Construction build a new deck and steps off the back of our home. The quality and craftmanship that went into this project was beyond my expectations. Brian was very precise and it is obvious that he takes great pride in his work! I would highly recommend Evert Construction, we will absolutely be using them for future projects!!

Evert's team replaced our roof in 2020. They arrived on time and quickly went to work, completing the roof in one day. During the quote process, Ray explained what was going to be done, provided a line item quote, and there were no surprises when the job was completed. The roofing team was friendly and treated our property with respect. They cleaned up the mess before they left. I recommend Evert Construction, my roof looks great and we haven't had any issues.

Ray and the whole Evert Construction team are very professional and do excellent work. They built a new garage for me and I can't say enough good things about the whole process. These guys came out and got the job done in 3 days! We had bids to do our roof for months and we even started the job ourselves since we knew our mayerials and we're kinda handy, but Ray was so responsive and confident he could get this done in the midst of other jobs that he took on our challenge and knocked one more boulder off our shoulders! We have multiple pitches on our roof from addition after addition over the years...shakes under shingles on some sections, 3-4 layers on others and in need of all new decking, but they did it all and left us with a beautiful new shingled roof! Thanks a million Evert Construction for getting this accomplished and working with us on a budget that made us feel confident to move forward! What a great experience from your team!!

Evert Construction installed a new roof on our house and detached garage after a storm. The owner was professional and quick to respond to my questions. The roofing crew did a great job and left everything as clean as when they arrived.

I could not be more happy with my decision to go with Evert Construction. For the first time since owning a home I searched out multiple bids to take out a couple walls and open a room, as well as replace a door. It was a large investment for me but Ray made me feel the most comfortable checking in often and ensuring me that the job was going to get done right. Ray (the owner) and his crew built a major extension to our deck/patio area, integrating the spaces and providing better access to our back yard with multiple sets of stairs and a large landing, as well as an extension to the patio. They also made repairs to the existing deck. The project turned out better than we had hoped for. The members of his crew were highly professional craftsmen who paid attention to detail. Ray matched the materials and style of the existing structures, so that the result looks as if it had been designed that way from the beginning. All my interaction regarding the project estimate was with Ray directly, and then he was there not only overseeing the project, but often working alongside his crew of three men. All were very nice guys. We would definitely recommend Evert Construction to our friends and plan to contact them about future projects.

Ray and his crew did an excellent job on my home project. It was not a huge job and I was happy Ray was willing to make time to complete the project. He finished my small basement area with new ceiling, new closet, new windows, and new stairs. Additonally, he enclosed a door and attached a huge murphy bed to the wall for great stability. All jobs out of my DIY expertise. Ray's price was fair and reasonable, he started and completed the job when he said he would and it all looks great! Finally, he was easy to communicate with via phone calls and text messages. I never felt anxious or worried about the work he was doing. I would highly recomment Evert Construction for small and large projects for your home and will call them again.

Evert Construction completed a job for our company that included a full rebuild of a section in a building we had purchased. They did an outstanding job and they were priced right. I enjoyed working with Evert Construction to the point that I will be using them from here on out for all my business and personal construction needs.

We highly recommend Evert Construction! Ray's crew removed old siding and installed new siding over our entire house, as well as custom-designed, cultured stone over the lower half of the front of the house. He repaired problems uncovered by the tear-off, including taping gaps that had appeared between insulation panels, bowed side-walls, and attic venting problems. He Installed new fully-vented soffits, gutters and down-spouts; wrapped windows and exterior doors, including the patio door, above which he repaired some water damage. He repaired a leak in the roof (above a skylight) which involved installing new shingles and flashing material. He installed a new front storm door. His sub-contractor (Antcliff Concrete) removed and replaced our old cement porch, steps, and sidewalk to the driveway.

We have complete confidence in Ray's ability and integrity. He is very personable, professional, a man of integrity, and is a joy to work with. He and his crew are friendly, highly skilled, and hard-working, He was prompt to give us a bid, and promptly and patiently revised his bids when we changed our mind. He made constructive and creative suggestions that greatly improved the design and appearance of our house, while keeping costs down. He is very accessible and quick to return phone calls. We also were very pleased with the subcontractors he used for the concrete work, gutter and downspout installation, and stonework. Ray's cost is very reasonable, especially considering the quality of his work and attention to detail.

The stack-stone his stonemason-artist installed (Eddie Alex from American Stone Masons) is beautiful! It is very labor-intensive to do stack-stone (dry mount), which goes up like a jig-saw puzzle. No two pieces are the same. It was fascinating to watch the process, and the outcome was fantastic!

Ray and his crew did an excellent job. We are thrilled with the outcome! People walking by our house - who remember what the old exterior looked like - marvel at how great it looks, and have told us so. It looks like a completely different, new house!

We had water leaking into our finished basement each time it rained hard. We called Ray Evert, and his crew installed a waterproofing drainage system. The head of the crew Jason promised us that our basement would be 'as dry as Arizona'. This was four years ago, and he was absolutely right. Not a single bit of water in the basement anymore and no dampness. His people were very thorough and nice, and the price was very fair too. I highly recommend him.
