Make sure that you drive to the Unit 1431 of 430 Winstanley Blvd and check in at the guard shack building.

The shack has a full single wheelchair accessible bathroom on the side.

Also appointments are required prior to delivery.

Girls in the office at check in are super nice, and the forklift operators are very fast unloading and super friendly. I wish all receivers were this fast

Nice place to deliver. They let you park on site overnight, rest room is available to use, and they unload in a timely & efficient manner!

Got there 0628 am for delivery. Staff were friendly in office fork lift driver cool guy. Was finished and out gate 0726 am

Easy place to deliver to. That allow overnight parking and have restrooms! Will definitely look for more loads doing to this dc!

Fast unload. Check in, park in bullpen. Wait for hi-lo driver to give you a door. Easy peasy.

53' Dry van delivery of bunks of wood to the warehouse. In and out in an hour. Can't speak on flatbed loading or unloading.
