Cornerstone Church of Highland

I have attended this church off and on since it was a small one steeple church when I was a child. I love the pastor and his wife, their message always speaks to me. I feel the presence of God when I am there. The worship music is the best I’ve found and the sermon is straight from the Bible. I love this church and will always consider it my home. It is a bit far for me to attend every week but when I do, it is so worth it!

Returned to Cornerstone after a short absence and it was just like coming home again. Same faces, same love, and kind people joining in worship.

I've been to a lot of churches, and this is the very first one that welcomed me right away, people were open and warm. There was no doubt that it was alive with the Holy Spirit. I've been going now for 5 months. They have great group functions, and I've met some very kind people. The music in the service is incredible and the amount of people who participate in singing praise during service amazing. Its nice to see so much alive faith.
Its a 30 min drive for me each way, but well worth it.
One of the things I look for in a good church, is what they do with their donations. In the 5 months I've been going, I've seen them offer aid to the community every single week. If your in search, come check it out.

Cornerstone Church is a great place for the whole family! From Kids on the Rock for the children to Ignited for the Youth, Momentum for the young adults to all of the adult services, there's something great for everyone! Pastors Tim and Rhonda Forsthoff have been faithfully ministering the word of God for over 25 years. The sermons are always sprinkled with humor and yet are very powerful. The worship is awesome and the people are very friendly. The church itself is a little off the beaten path but it is well worth the drive!

I am a decades in / skeptic tourer of churches in general and have had Cornerstone on the most consistent rotation. Recently moved and tried some closer venues, but not a lot of inspiration was garnered. Having experienced the recent no-competition contrast, I came to realize with certainty that Cornerstone is a definitely a keeper. Went back today and felt like I went back home. Their praise and worship band is on it and the message is always on point. I am not always so hardcore, but respect that the pastors are and that the church as a whole is as well. My attendance keeps me 'in line' and thinking productively about my spiritual walk. I am by no means a "holy roller", but genuinely enjoy my Sundays at Cornerstone, as do my kids. Lots of great activities and topical series for the members, children and the community are always going on. Check out their online doings and sermons and see if it fits after a few tries.

Former Catholic here. Glad to have found Cornerstone Church of Highland. Great services, place, people. My 5 year old enjoys going as well. Love the outreach they do. This church bears fruit. Try it on for a few visits if you're looking for a new place of worship.

Cornerstone is the best church I've ever been to. Their services on Tuesday nights for young adults is the perfect blend of challenging and fun. The pastors are relevant, the worship is alive, the people are welcoming, and there are ministries for all ages.

My husband a I have been going to Cornerstone in Highland for 5 years. I have never been so connected as I am now. Paster Tim and paster Rhonda bring the good word of God to each Sunday service.This is a faith filled congregation where my relationship with Jesus has grown tremendously. If yo are looking for a family of God you really will feel The Holy Spirt there . My husband brought up a Catholic , now enjoys more of a personal touch of God’s love at Cornerstone .

I started listening to Pastor Forstoff many years ago on the radio, always brightened my day. We started attending the church in 2006, its even more powerful in person. We attended church there until 2012 until we moved 45 minutes away, and then we went back to a former church. The thing is, as much as we loved our old church, it didn't feel like HOME anymore. We struggled to try to fit in, joined in helping teach Sunday school, and my husband even joined the Softball team, but It just didn't feel like the place for us anymore. Its a struggle for us with only one car, and my husband works retail and has to work many Sundays, but whenever we can, we drive back to go to Cornerstone, and soon as we walk in the door, the greatest sense of PEACE washes over me.

Cornerstone Church is a place filled with Love. You feel Gods Love, the PEACE of Jesus flows.

Every Sunday at my church is a blessing.come worship the lord my savior with me bring peace and joy to our life's journey.merry Christmas and happy new year God bless us all.

Lots of friendly people great Christmas music and sermon also a one horse opened carriage ride from our car to the front door,nice touch.
