I think this is the best restaurant in Metro Detroit and I love going out to eat at new places.

There was a 30 min wait on a Saturday night, but well be worth it.

They have a 25% discount for a veterans entree (all/any entree).

Nachos appetizer; the salsa is truly delicious and fresh.
Coconut shrimp entree; the coconut was not overpowering, with a nice sized piece of crisp shrimp.
Bear Claw cheesecake; it was delicious and not overly sweet or rich. It was soft and smooth.
Our waiter Nick was wonderful. He was attentive and friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant.

Never a bad time at Aspen's! Whether I'm dining in, or taking out, the food is always scrumptious. Both My Husband and I really enjoyed our dinner and we get totally different things. I'm glad they have some Vegan/Vegetarian options and would love to see more. We also had out of town guests and took them here and they loved it as well! Overall, a great restaurant for any taste or needs you have. Highly Recommend!

We had our Bridal Shower here today and it was amazing! The food wad delicious, the service was impeccable and the restaurant had a great ambiance to it. It has an Up North vibe. Jackie is amazing to work with! She deserves a raise!! I highly recommend having your shower or any event here!!!

Service was spot on. Fast, professional, friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was cabin/hunting decor. Food - From the Salmon Salads, Fish Sandwich, Frog Legs to the Lamp Chops all were enjoyed by the group. Tasty, Hot and also Vegetarian entries. Thank You.

June 2023 - came here for dinner after arriving home from a flight. Wife decided on this place and a place we haven't been to in years. Towards the back is a nice deck that has two TV's I think. We sat inside and someone was playing music. It was good and not to loud. They have a bar separate from the main room. In a private room in the back they had a large party. We could not hear them.

Kids menu are for those under the age of 10. My 3 daughters had a nice list to pick from. Two chicken nuggets meals and spaghetti. All 3 come with one side, a drink, sundae and a toy from the chest. The kids had a good time and loved everything.

My wife ordered the blueberry lemonade and she said it was good. She had the almond walleye and she said it was really good. She had a side salad and a potato for the side (get two sides for the main dish). I ordered the fish n chips. The fish and chips were good. I would get them again. We ordered chips n guac. That was very good!

We had Jessica as our waitress and she did a great job, thank you!! Staff was nice and answered any questions we had. Overall, it was great place to visit and I would suggest you try it.

The staff definitely went above and beyond. We were very pleased with the service and the kindness we received. The environment was lovely and calm, and the food was delicious. Even my picky eater child enjoyed it. I would highly recommend this place if you wish to host an event or get together.

Celebrating 21 years!
I’ve been coming for about 6 years & it’s just as great or even better every time.
Tonight I tried the almond crusted walleye with raspberry sauce for the first time & it was great.
Enjoy the ambience of this place. Not too loud, not too light.

Just had a great perch dinner at the Aspen. Food was excellent and came to the table hot. Wait staff was right on even though it was busy. Special thanks to management for helping with a card issue. Great customer service!

Delicious food, great service. Loved it. The place is nicely decorated with ski elements, you feel in a mountain cabin. Only the snow was missing. :)
We enjoyed an early dinner on the terrace and everyone of us was happy with what we've got.

The chicken jack pita was excellent. We hosted a small (28 person) luncheon here on short notice. The staff were the very best!!!

I hosted a luncheon here for more than 50 people. Attendees got to choose from our 3 selections from the menu so you can really control the price. Everyone raved about all 3 selections: salmon, steak, and chicken. The service was so helpful and attentive. The price was very reasonable compared to other locations. They have a private room too. 100% recommend.

Our large party loved our experience here celebrating My Daddy’s 90th birthday. The food was great, the atmosphere was perfect and JOSH was the best waiter EVER! I wish I could take him to be my server everywhere.

Had a celebration of life for my sweet mama this past weekend. The service, the room, the food, the cost everything was amazing. It turned out better than I could’ve ever dreamed or hoped for. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody!

Woww!!Wow!!! Is all I can say the atmosphere was so pleasant the wait staff was even better and so down to earth. I can't believe how wonderful this place is. Our waitress Karen was spectacular and she helped us make great decisions for our meals and app. The fried pickles are well seasoned and fried to perfection. The prime dip was so yummy and paired with some of the best fries I've ever had. We also got lamb chops and being Greek ik how they should be cooked and holy cow out of the world amazing nice and tender and full of flavor. The rice pilaf was super good too and it was only white rice how does that work. I will deff be coming back and telling all my people about this amazing establishment keep up the fenominal work aspens!!!!!

I love when you find a place that makes you feel like you aren't where you should be...the atmosphere reminds me of actually being in Colorado. It's cozy with fireplaces, log cabin style, deers on the walls atmosphere doesn't feel like Michigan. Their food is amazing and the seevice was great. Busy night and food still came out pretty fast! They have salads, burgers, sandwiches, entrees...a nice variety to choose from.

Good food, reasonable whole meal pricing (not a la carte), good salmon (not easy to find). Aspen salad is real good. Cocktails happy hour and daily food specials. Great place to celebrate my dad's birthday because they have nice big share worthy desserts.

Update: I was there a week ago for dinner, and the food, service, and atmosphere were even better than I recall!! This has easily become my favorite restaurant!! Thanks Aspen☀❤😊 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Aspen did an absolutely fantastic job with our wedding shower this past Sunday. I can’t thank the staff enough- they were so nice, helpful and we could feel that they genuinely cared for us. The food came out on time and was great, staff was on top of helping guest get drinks. I’m just so happy with how it turned out. I wanted to personally thank Ronda (I hope that is her name), who truly went above and beyond. We had another lady who was absolutely fabulous too, I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. We appreciate you all so much 💜🦋

This place has such a homey vibe because of the staff. I had my baby shower here with about 75 guests and everything went so nicely. Our waitresses were phenomenal and super attentive. The food was delicious! We will definitely be returning here!!
