Friendly staff and fast service, had a dehumidifier that was priced high and Home Depot price matched it for a lower price. Definitely will be returning.

I absolutley love this store. I am not sure why all the negative social media. There is always someone to help, they stand behind the customer and have always done the right thing with me. I have purchased many defective products due to the manufacter not the Home Depot but they have always made the wrong right. I would highly recommend for any of your home improvement needs.

Matt at the rental desk is very friendly and knowledgeable about the rental equipment. He helped us a few times this weekend and had such a great positive attitude.

I was attempting to make a 2 1/2 foot table height to bar height of 36 inches. So I went to my local Home Depot on Hall Road and Heidenreich and asked if they could possibly cut this PVC pipe to 36 inches length . I had a wonderful customer service man named Matt Bisciaio help me with my project. Matt not only cut the PVC pipe one time but I had to return because I gave him the wrong measurements and needed another 9 inches off of each of the four legs. Of course he said absolutely no problem and he cut them again for me! You do not receive this type of customer service from too many people nowadays. I truly believe that Matt should be recognized for his going above and beyond customer service and helping me out on this important project I had going on. THANK YOU MATT for helping me accomplish this counter height table! It is much appreciated!!!!

I am obsessed with Home Depot. The Chesterfield staff are so great...always willing to help and they work well together. I have a pro account and a Home Depot card...love both of those. Super helpful and flexible terms for the card. They go the extra mile for the customer consistently.

Derrik helped me with a issue i was having with my plumbing. Followed his recommendations and fixed the problem in minutes. I won't go to another home depot unless it's this one. Always great customer service and lots of knowledge. Thank you!
Home depot on hall rd and hyendrick

We went to this Home Depot for a faucet and ended up in the paint department. Steve was able to hook us up with the correct paint for our deck and was able to color match it from some paint we bought last year at a different store. The customer service at this location is superb! The mobility carts were plentiful which meant that I actually got to go in and shop....HUGE win for me and if I could give Home Depot extra stars for this accommodation I would. Overall experience was fantastic right from the start and this is now one of my favorite places to shop and we will definitely be back! Thank-you Home Depot!

This is a great Home Depot location. Went in recently to get some help placing an order and McKenzie at the front desk was awesome. So positive, friendly and helpful. I watched her interact with another customer before and he, too, shared in the great service she provided. Always when I've visited the team members have been helpful and friendly. A great location to go to.
