AT&T Store

Rodney was so helpful with assisting me on getting my iPhone 15 he was very patient as well as answered all of my questions/concerns he made sure I was very knowledgeable about both my purchase and services looking forward to do future services with him. He made my experience 1 of the best I’ve ever had.

Johnathan and Mike were great. They worked together as a team, they were super friendly, very informative, and were persistent on getting me the best deals. The store was clean, and the manager was helpful as well. Will definitely be my main AT&T store from here on out.

Great service. Convenient location right next to a coffee shop if grabbing a drink ahead of time is your thing. Veronica and Rodney were super friendly and made my trade-in easy. They even went so far as to suggest something that could help me get more value out of it for a little extra hustle. My wallet appreciated the tip guys!

Michael was very helpful and explained the entire upgrade/trade-in process. He was helping other customers and managed to also help me while I was waiting, he completed my data transfer and trade in very quickly and efficiently. As someone who is not happy waiting I was impressed with how well Michael was able to multitask while being efficient. Definitely recommend asking for him when you visit AT&T Macomb!

Came to this location recently and am absolutely pleased with the costumer service here. Veronica and Johnny were absolutely knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and helpful. They explained everything in great detail and worked with me to get everything up, running, and sorted out. I will definitely be back!! Thank you so much for your time and effort!!

This is my favorite AT&T store to go to for all my phone and tablet needs. The staff there is very friendly. Rodney has amazing customer service skills. He look over my bill and lowered my costs wherever possible. I would definitely recommend this store to conduct all your business.

The customer service at this location was fantastic. Rodney and Veronica were a huge help and very patient. They provided very helpful responses and advice to all of my questions. Had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this location.

Rodney was awesome to work with, super helpful, relatable, and extremely patient with us. I walked in kind of close to closing with four teenagers and felt awful for keeping him late but he just kept saying it was ok. I still feel awful about keeping him there late. I won’t go to anyone else.

The staff here was the best! Guy at the Verizon a few doors down was kinda rude, but here they were so friendly. If I could rate it 6 stars I would!

Talk about a smooth process! I walked in to upgrade my son's phone and walked out with other new toys and a lower bill!! Rodney and Mike answered all my questions and made sure I was getting the best deal!

Mike was awesome. We had some huge problems to overcome due to ATT but he did it. I highly recommend him to anyone.

UPDATE: After I posted my review, AT&T connected me with a regional manager, Greg. He listened to my concerns, gave a clear action plan for how he was going to execute, and followed through above expectations. It’s not often you find people who can turn around a client who was as HOT as I was about the scenario, but Greg was patient and persistent and succeeded. His actions have restored my faith in AT&T.

I was with Comcast-Xfinity for 7 years, and did not have near as many customer service issues as I’ve had in the last 2 weeks with AT&T. I left because AT&T was less expensive and I thought I’d get better service. I was wrong.

It started out when I went in the store to ask a question about my new plan, and one of the sales guys gave me a “hot deal” on the AT&T Air. “It’s got a 7-day trial period, no issue” he said. I should have known the line was bait.
I hated the service. On day 4 I tried using the myAT&T app to chat with a rep to cancel the service before my trial period. They couldn’t do anything, sent me to the 1-800 number.
I called the 1-800 number same day, I was transferred to two different people, no one could help me. The account didn’t exist for anyone to cancel. They said “go back to the store”.
I went to the store, they aren’t authorized to do cancellations. I was given my account number, and a sleazy line about how great the service is and how it’s “gambler’s fallacy” that I didn’t like the service (meaning my dissatisfaction was all in my head - nothing to do with them).
I called the 1-800 number…again…was transferred twice…again. And the ONLY resolution they could give me was to pay for a full month of the service because I was passed the trial date. They had record of all the calls and store visits in their system to confirm my story - “but no one made a note you were trying to cancel”. (Seems like your problem, not mine). And to top it off, the person who I finally got ahold of to cancel said the WHOLE REASON they couldn’t find my account in the first place when I called within the trial period, is because the guy who set up the service didn’t do the migration properly.

I REGRET changing my service to AT&T and look forward to the first opportunity I can leave.

Rodney was amazing. He took the time to help me get a good deal. Was completely honest about everything which I appreciated.
