Hertz Car Rental - Bloomington, Richfield - 2nd Avenue South HLE

So we booked a Tesla long range model 3. When we arrive they didn't have an available for us They just had a regular one. I asked if they would be able to either give a discount or figure something out at another location because I really needed the long range.

Cindy was here and offered to call her manager to see what they could figure out. They ended up getting me into a model y
As a replacement since I intended on using more than an entire charge per day.

I just want to give a shout out to them because this exact scenario played out several days ago back in Chicago and that employee screwed us and we had to figure out our own replacement at a different location and it took the better part of a day to do.

Thank you guys at this location I really really appreciate you.

Walked in to pick up my rental and the guy had all of my stuff ready. He checked my ID and gave me the keys. I was in and out in less than a minute.

I used the drop box for my return since I flew home Sunday and it was very easy. I was charged exactly what I made the reservation for.

My car rental was clean and in great condition. Overall very positive experience.

Kyle was absolutely awesome. He actually turned our Hertz experience around. We had terrible experiences at MSP airport Hertz location and another hertz location. Really appreciate you listening to us and making our rental experience great. Kyle is the only reason why I would continue to use Hertz. I wish other locations had the same customer service.

Had an amazing experience. I was visiting friends and family in Minnesota and rented a Chevy Spark. The woman working when I picked the car up was excellent and very informative. Upon inspection, she didn't like how dirty the windows were and had them cleaned right away. It was really quick and easy and I was on my way. I loved the car. I got pretty close to 40 mpg. I drove all over the state. Made a good trip of a 2 week vacation. The was really comfortable. Didn't want to let it go by the end. Also I got a really good deal of 188 a week. I couldn't have been happier with this rental car or this experience. Thanks Hertz Richfield!

I've been renting a rental car for in town use while shopping for a car. I never knew this non-airport location existed until a couple of months ago. It's small, so it's essential to book ahead of time so they have the car you want. But it's very quick to check out and the staff are very friendly.

I stopped in here to buy a Toyota Avalon through the rent to buy program. While I did not end up purchasing the car, I feel that I saved myself quite a headache. It was super convenient to be able to rent the car for a couple of days and really get to see if it is something that you want to purchase or not.

The employees at this location were professional and helpful. I was also surprised at how quick and easy the process is. I do not think I was there for more than 10-15 minutes.

Last, it is a great location that is easy to get to, right off of the 494 frontage road next to Menards. Easy in, easy out.

Had an absolutely amazing experience while my car was being repaired after an accident. Cindy and her staff went above and beyond to make sure I got in a car I was happy with. Incredibly professional and friendly staff at this location. Process was smooth and seamless from start to finish. Thank you, Hertz Richfield!

Great experience renting from this location. Friendly staff who stayed open when I was running 10 mins late so I could pick up the car. For those commenting on a smaller selection of cars, this is not an airport location. Those tend to have the most selection, but MSP also tacks on additional fees so it's a choice. I don't believe it is fair for people to review this location poorly due to Hertz corporate policies. The small team here was superb!

This was a last minute rental at the end of the day, but absolutely had to be at our destination by noon the next day. Due to traffic I didn't get to Hertz until about 6:05 -- just as the manager was walking out the door. Keys were all locked in the safe, the computer system was shut down... but after a brief explanation she said let's go back in! Cindy was a life saver!! She had me on my way in about 20 minutes.

I rented a car for a month from this location.
The staff was very helpful (especially when I needed to extend the rental for a few days).
They were quick at paperwork the getting answers about questions.
They also helped me get the best value for my money!
I will be renting again from Hertz at this location very soon!

Professional staff, provide the best service they can. Rental cars are scarce, but they took care of my needs in a timely manner.

Had some issues that were not on the fault of Hertz but the staff was very patient.and worked with me diligently till the end and helped me get what I needed done! Thank you and I will be back!

This location is one of my favorites for car rentals. Always so friendly, efficient and helpful.

Very easy to check in and out. Also super fast. We have rented several times from them.
