Had a Return of a grill that was damaged. Your employee Lindy was the best! So friendly and welcoming and understanding! She made me feel I was important! We need more of Lindy in this world!

Larry in the flooring department was super helpful and walked me and my fiance step-by-step how to go about our project. He helped us find all the materials we would need to complete the project! That was the most helpful Menards experience I've ever had!

Menards staff and management are amazing!
Lynn in the kitchen department designed my new kitchen and I am sooo happy with the result. The cupboards, the flooring, pulls and floating shelves all from Menards. Looking forward to lots of holiday baking.
If only I had gotten my countertop at Menards as that was a nightmare. Do not get an Ikea countertop!!

I bought some paint and grabbed a few stir sticks. The gentleman working there told me it was best if I let them shake it before I went home. Greatest thing is they shake paint at no charge!

After 3 trips to the store because of a faulty sprayer and then the wrong sprayer, even though it was the same package (not sure what Delta was thinking there), we finally got my faucet and sprayer replaced! All thanks to Eli and Kelly! They were so helpful today! I greatly appreciate everything you two do!! Thanks again! 😁

Gene, from the lumberyard, thank you SO much for your help and kindness yesterday!! Gene did not hesitate when it came to helping me trim up and angle my nearly 24 pieces of wood I needed for a project. I don’t know the first thing about using a table saw and he was so kind to help me with this task. It truly meant a lot to me and it made this part (which would have otherwise been the hardest part without Gene’s help) of my project a breeze. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your kindness Gene!

Never seen a hardware store like this ... the escalator gave me a good impression.

Very cool to walk into Menard’s in Richfield today and encounter live piano music. The pianist cranked out standards on a baby grand at the top of the escalator for the entire half hour I was there. What a treat, when compared with the usual drone of fake pop music and store intercom chatter we usually hear in big boxes. After checking out the cargo pants and garden tools, I walked out humming. One suggestion : Give that guy a tip jar!

I called over the phone on Monday March 8th. Damion was so nice to me. He answered my questions with a smile in his voice.

How refreshing to have a smiley voice explain door accessories and ease my mind about making spare keys. If you don't know let me spell it out...Damion is an asset!

Went to Menards today to get wood for my raised garden bed. I had no idea what I needed and the young African American man working in back helped me pick exactly what I needed and cut them perfectly to size. I didn't know what size, or thickness i needed I only knew the length and some of the boards in the pile were kind of beat up. He helped me go through it and picked out beautiful pieces of pine. When i got home they fit perfectly. I didn't get his name but he was a very courteous and helpful young man. We are building 3 more beds in the spring ill definitely be going back to Menards to get my supplies from now on. Its hard to find helpful and courteous people these days with good customer service skills.

I had a lovely time at this location. There's lots of clearance items on the shelves, and it was nice to look at the various carpet types.

The best part of my experience was the LIVE PIANO MUSIC! Absolutely fantastic!

The groceries here are really reasonable! And they have everything I need for the house!

Great place to shop. Get my cat's treats here for $2 less than anywhere else and many other things and I love the setup I go there just to walk sometimes and it's so organized. The person I was always happy to help you. happy shopping.
Went there I'm a Saturday after Thanksgiving and 2022 and while they had some really good deals fans half off winter gloves and jackets really good price, very great place to shop.

Took a while to get help but once Tom stopped by to help me with the questions about my HVAC project I got everything I needed and some great advice. Thank you Tom!

The team back in special orders has their stuff together. I received excellent customer service a few days back. Denise at the Customer Service desk and a gentlemen from special orders in particular handled my dilemma with professionalism and skill. Thanks! I had an order ready for pick-up at the wrong store. This store was willing and able to help. That's a trusting place to shop!

Local hardware superstore. Great selection of products for the DIY crowd. Great prices and the best rebate program. Knowledgeable and helpful staff

I wish I had gotten the name of the 2 managers who assisted me tonight. I drove nearly an hour to get there before they closed to purchase an electric fireplace. The only one left was the display model, which the manager of that department said they wouldn't sell me. I went to customer service who got me a manager. She made a call and the next thing I know they are going to sell me the display model. I have it set up and love it! Thank you so much for your help tonight.
