We are out of state tourists and the workers here were just amazing. The one worker even carried our purchase out to the truck for us. The first time there was so pleasant we went back a second night and bought from them again. Very informative staff as well. They know what they have, what is preferred, and they gave recommendations on great products. Top notch customer service in my eyes. I will always go back there when we go to the mall.

I won’t say any names because sometimes google mods will block it. But the guy who wears glasses is the best! Great store, great people, great everything. Because of him.

Best liquor store in the area, in an out. Not a huge selection but worth looking at. Greatest employees ever.

One other reviewer here said that the delivery service was the bomb! It really truly is. They answered the phone on the first ring. The guy said he would gather the stuff right up and be right over to our hotel and he was here within 20 minutes. The price was perfectly fair for that kind of service.

The “old white guy” was amazing to deal with. He knew what a few Canadians needed after 6.5 hours on the road! Great service and knee his products.

Great selection and service

In town for a hockey tournament. Otto's delivers so I called them to order for the team. They were easy going and took the time to actually check their cooler while on the phone with me to complete our order with what we wanted. Delivery was quick and the order accurate. Great job. Thanks for the great service and experience.

Super friendly staff!!!

The older white guy here is always a joy to see. Every time he has a great joke to go with what I say. He also educates you on alcohol but in a funny way.

I can get my 40oz colt .45 double malts here....what more do ya need? Otherwise its kinda small and for the most part the prices reflect that, but the staff is super friendly. I will always be a customer. I tend to stop through after a jaunt at Wal-Mart or an afternoon rendezvous at outback...

Hands down the best customer service I've experienced at a liquor store. The woman was quick to help when she saw I was looking for something, and gave her recommendation to me. Awesome!

Liquor store located close to the Mall of America. When you are ready to settle down after a long day of exploring.

Employees are always great. Yeah it's small but the prices are fair. Can always find something that's a good value.
