SEPHORA at Kohl's Westland

I had the most amazing experience thanks to Lauren! I'm a beginner with makeup and Lauren took time to answer my questions and give advice on which products to start with! Without her help I wouldn't have known where to start. I will definitely be back!

I came in with my brother and we were greeted by this lovely associate called Lauren, although she was the only associate on shift she made our experience amazing. She gave us the best customer service that we have encountered in a while.

I had purchased make up from another Sephora location (Canton) however the matching to my skin tone was totally incorrect. Nakia at the Westland location took the time to get the perfect match all while being the only salesperson servicing customers. I observed Nakia giving the other two customers great customer service as well.

Great experience with Lauren & Vina at Sephora. They were super welcoming, and kind. Extensive product knowledge, and great color matching skills. Lauren & Vina made me very welcome, and are total professionals.

This location is so much better than the one at JC Penny. They have a larger selection of skin care products and fragrances. The staff is very polite and friendly. I'll definitely be returning.

A lot of popular products are always sold out and barely getting restocked here, but the workers are nice and don’t act like you’re stealing 24/7

I went in today, because I heard an announcement in kohls that they’re having a 30% off sale until around 4 o’clock. I was in line to pay, and no one else was behind me. However, one of the cashiers leave, and walks on the store floor when it was my turn (without saying anything). The other cashier was helpful, when ringing me up. This store is hit or miss, regarding customer service. It just depends on when you go, and who’s working that day. I don’t think I’ll go back to this store location. I’ll just order the products on-line.

Came in to purchase cologne for a gift. They were out of not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4! of the selections I made. There was no crazy sale happening. They weren't overly busy for any reason. I'm left to assume they're just not capable of doing inventory or stocking properly.
