I had the best experience yesterday at the Woodbridge Mall location. I needed a suit for my dad who is disabled and non verbal. Tony took his time and walked with us from floor to floor. He was so patient, giving my dad time to sit and take breaks when needed. He made sure the suit was a perfect fit. What Tony didn’t know was the suit was for my little brother’s funeral. He made this easy and stress free for us. He is a great man. 🥰

In the bustling mall is a haven for fashion and home needs. The two-story layout offers a wide range of clothing and home essentials. The first floor caters to diverse styles for men and women, though the men's section could have more options. Upstairs, there's a delightful kids' section and home décor. The staff is friendly, ensuring a smooth checkout and returns. Overall, it's a versatile destination, though the men's apparel selection could be broader.

Great merchandise and great prices coupons are very useful. Mary from the sales staff along with Barbara and Jerry are so professional and helpful. Mary is such a dedicated and helpful sales/ cashier associate.

I haven't been to this mall in at least 15 years! what a change from what I remember, but the one thing I have to say is that the JCP is definitely a good edition. their Levi's shop alone is worth visiting men's, women's and their kids department is great... definitely worth a trip.

I found this JCPenney to have a wide variety if everything you need. Definitely more stocked and more options then the one on Staten Island. Cashier was very friendly and store appeared clean. They do have cart but we were unable to locate them. Bathrooms need a better upkeep.

Nice mall and variety of dress and clothes. I bought my shirts , shocks from here. Women clothes variety is their. We enjoy my this store.

I loved JCPenny. It was great and the prices are good. Very clean and lots of games for the kids. If you save coupons, then you might find good deals. I recommend this mall to go to.

This store needs some improvement. The handicap doors do not work so people with wheel chairs or stroller will always struggle to get in, unless someone is nice enough to hold the door for you. And in this world it's a 50/50 shot. The elevators we all know are in all department stores in the mall, but there are no signs and no directory, again for handicapp or people with carriages. We circled the bottom level twice before asking someone who worked there. They actually didn't know themselves and had to ask on of their co workers. When we finally found it , in a back corner with no sign , you could barely fit through with all the storage boxes they keep back there. So just because someone has doors and elevators doesn't make them handicap friendly. They store was very confusing with no directory. It also took me forever to find the kids section located on the top floor and again no signs by elevator to even tell you what floor your getting off on. Prices are also a bit high too.

I've shopped here ever since I was a kid. Their men's section is very underrated, especially for pricing.

I love my JCPenney to the moon and back always great prices always find something I need and want all the time the staff that is very nice I never had a problem and a long time. The clearance section is excellent

Nice place to shop ,, easy to find clothes

Shop at JCPenney very often but never had service like today we were into buy gifts for some of our grandkids and ended up being helped by young lady yazziray Who was extremely kind and very professional it’s workers like this that will definitely keep me coming back great service

Service was excellent and employees were helpful. Store was not a mess today when I visited and they had everything I wanted to purchase.

I’m giving the Woodbridge JC Penney a 5 start because of the manager Katherine who helped me with everything. I had a pickup order, which didn’t come, and she helped me on what to do to get the shoe. Truly amazing customer service. It’s nice to see that now a days.
