I had called to see if anyone there can help me put my line onto my reel since I’m new at fishing. An employee named Ethan had answered & told me to come on down. Not only did he show me how to properly put my line on the reel, he also explained & went into detail with me about the knots & showed me how to do for the next time. Showed me great patience & great customer service. I recommend if anyone is new with fishing & YouTube don’t work to explain stuff go see my guy Ethan, thorough guy!

I normally shop at the Staten Island store but I went to the Woodbridge one today. Your Associate Daniel went above and beyond to help me. He went looking in the back and found exactly what I was looking for. I want to say thank you, you need more like him!

Love the staff at the location. Sonia is wonderful, as she went above and beyond to assist me in ordering an item that would have charged me shipping cost had I done it myself. I’m aware that not every store will carry the website items. But, to have the option to order it from the store itself, will eliminate any shipping charges (for items under $50.) A fact that was mentioned to me from the staff.

Went to this location with my daughters and grand children. We were assisted by Elvin (young Medium complexion male). He was very patient, knowledgeable and exhibited an all around positive attitude.

Big store with great options in sports clothing, accessories, shoes, etc... Staff available and ready to help Rewards program is very good , depending how much points you accumulate you can get discounts on your next purchase .

Went to get a bike rack for the first time and was overwhelmed with choices. Manny and Rich made those choices easy for me with their knowledge and research. I left with a Thule Sweden Venture bike rack and was very happy with the purchase. Thanks guys!!!

Visited the golf section when looking for a new Driver for my high school golfing son.
Bob greeted us and was fantastic help in helping us decide which driver worked best when being able to hit a few balls with the drivers he was undecided about.A little technology made for a easy quick decision thanks to Bobs handiwork and complete knowledge of all the equipment can’t wait to go back for new Irons

Great store! Has a wonderful selection and availability. A lot of the staff are usually young adults/teenagers that are extremely helpful and have good work ethics, it’s nice to see!! This is my go to store when I need workout clothes and running sneakers! A big thank you to the young man who helped me find orange and black shorts this past summer for work. He really went above and beyond for me!! :)

Excellent service! they did not have what I want, but they were patient and still courteous and was very helpful. The salesperson explain me that I can order the Boxing shoes online. I truly appreciate that.

I’ve come to this store twice. Once last year and just a month or two ago. I buy my shoes here because I trust the opinion and knowledge of your employee Rich. He has gone above and beyond to not only help me, but to explain what shoes work best for someone who is flat footed and has never steered me wrong. He is absolutely wonderful.
