GlassTec of South Lyon, Michigan was truly a pleasure to deal with.
Kathy was our initial contact and she really made this a very easy transaction. Kathy handled all the insurance and scheduled the technician.
Our car is one that has several different windshields based on what options it was built with. If you order the wrong one, your optional features are likely not to function. Kathy quickly determined the correct windshield, ordered the windshield and had it ready to install within a couple days.
Garrett came to our home and installed the windshield quickly and expertly, and another technician came out within a couple hours and re-calibrated all sensors to factory specs.
EVERY person we dealt with from GlassTec was very friendly AND very professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough and if I need glass service again, I will not hesitate to call them again.

A turkey flew into my windshield on I-96 yesterday. I was stranded at a gas station about 50 miles from home. Mike C from Glasstec was the only person in town that could give me same day service. He even filed the insurance claim on my behalf after I had a super frustrating experience trying to file on my own. His quickness and precision was absolutely amazing. Thank you again for your help!!!

Top notch service from this place. They were on time, quick and professional. Garrett was very friendly and personable as well. Would recommend 100% and they have the best rates for windshield replacement around.

Great company!! We had 2 trucks that needed the windshields replaced. My husband called in the morning, and they were done by that afternoon. We would definitely recommend this company!
