Great Oaks Veterinary Clinic

Today was our dog's first visit to Great Oaks. This is an an amazing clinic! Upon arrival we were checked in quickly and visited by the vet immediately. Dr. Boike and his staff were friendly, attentive and overall great with our dog. Our family will definitely continue going here in the future!

We love Dr. Boike and his staff! They always welcome us the second we walk in the door. You can tell the staff is very well trained with animals and Dr. Boike is caring with our animals. The lobby is very clean and orderly! There is also a nice coffee bar for guests :) We have been here multiple times and have never had a bad visit. Thanks Dr. Boike and team!

Wonderful group of dedicated veterinary professionals! My elderly dog just had a dental cleaning performed and he did great.

Clean office, great service from staff and Dr. Boike is wonderful. They go above and beyond.

I can’t thank Dr. Boike and his staff enough for taking beautiful care of Jessie. I called first thing in the morning and described a rather large wound I found on her that almost doubled in size over night. Dr. Boike did her surgery and the diagnosis was a likely Brown Recluse spider bite. Amen, Jessie seems to be recovering beautifully! Thank you again for being so responsive!

Great Oaks was able to get my puppy in because of a last minute cancelation and ever since then I have never regretted my decision on taking him to them for care! There prices are BEYOND reasonable and the staff treats Sully like their own. The vet also let me on our first visit talk her ear off while I asked every question I had about raising a puppy. Never once did she tell me she had to go or cut me off. The staff is also always so excited to see Sully so he has yet to be afraid to go. I honestly couldn't ask for a better vet!!

Dr Boike is fantastic- so much so, I drive an hour for my cat to see him. He really cares and is so kind. I will be so sad if I ever have to get a vet who is a bit closer !

I never leave reviews, but over the past two years since my dog, Jack, was a puppy, Dr. Chuck has consistently exceeded my expectations. The staff are very professional and kind; they are always able to get my dog in the same day and visits are very reasonable in terms of prices. Dr. Chuck is a pet owner himself and treats mine like he would his own. He never suggests any unnecessary treatments, which was really important when finding a vet. Being a first time pet owner I have had so many questions, and he always takes the time to speak with me on the phone and look at pictures to tell me whether he feels I need to bring Jack in for a visit or if I can hold off. He truly cares about his customers and their pets. I highly recommend him and his team at Great Oaks Veterinary Clinic.

This is a great clinic. The doctor was very honest about our dog Cody's prognosis and did not try to run a bunch of unnecessary testing to get more money out of us when he already knew that Cody was simply an old dog and it was time for us to say goodbye. He provided great care for our sweet boy over the years.

Been taking my dogs here for years.... it is now own by a new doctor Dr.Brad. He is very friendly and caring and extremely knowledgeable.

This veterinary clinic is one of the best I've ever visited with my dogs. Unfortunately we lost our beloved Beagle Katey to kidney disease this past January. The entire staff showed kindness, compassion & understanding through the entire process during a very difficult time. I can't thank the staff enough for all they did for us. Wouldn't think of taking our pets to any other vet.

Dr. Smith and staff have been wonderful with my two dogs, Jack and Panda. Dr. Smith answers any questions that I may have and refills medications for my German Shepherd, in a timely manner. The prices are reasonable and every staff person has asked how our dogs are doing and they are always friendly...by far, the BEST!

We are new to the area and I was watching my parents' dog when I needed to bring him to a vet STAT. They got us in, were very kind, gave us options (without pressing us any certain way), and were respectful of the decision we made. They were accommodating to our needs. Their prices were competitive. Smaller clinic but very personable. Vet tech did a great job, too, assessing and trying to gather information. Thank you! from a family who went through a tough day.

Just recently took our kitten here for a check up/ear mites. Then back a few weeks later to be neutered. Everyone is super friendly and the Vet comes out and talks to you himself. They seem very fairly priced and I always get a receipt with the break down of the costs. So far haven't had any problems and it has been a great experience.

I was thrilled to see a new vet in town so close to my home. When my two dogs developed major hot spots after a day at the beach, I chose to try Great Oaks. Dr. Smith and Diane were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They both listened to me at intake and treated me like a partner in the care of my dogs. Dr. Smith gave me options in terms of treatment and explained everything as we went through the exam. Finally, he made every effort to save me money instead of running endless tests and padding the invoice with upsale items. This is someone whose priority is the health of the animal rather than the expansion of a business.

The dogs were feeling better within a few hours. I will definitely be returning to Great Oaks and allow Dr. Smith to assume full time care for my fur babies.

I realy like this vet. He is upfront about my dog's condition becore i spent a bunch of money on test to find out the dog was going to die anyway. He showed compation to me. My new dog that is 2 1/2 now he has taken great care of her. I highly recommend this vet.

Really impressed with this place! I brought my dog in and they were very friendly and did not order all sorts of unnecessary blood test or X-rays which they could have done. Instead they gave me vey clear and helpful advice. Their prices are very reasonable and they do not gouge you with extra expensive tests the way some clinics do. I highly recommend them!

They are great staff Dr. SMITH is the greatest veterinary I have ever gone to. He took care of my 1st dog Choco and now is also the vet for my 2nd dog Angel. I highly recommend Dr. smith. He is straight up honest about what may oray not be going on with your 🐕...

The doctor and staff were wonderful in person and over the phone every time I dealt with them. They were especially considerate and patient when it came time to make a difficult decision. The best vet I've ever been to.
