Greg was a lot of help from estate planning to closing out my Fathers estate. It was great to have him by my side throughout these issues. He would take the time to explain everything to me as well as make sure all details are clear and I'm covered not only now but in the future. Greg Dean helped my family and I through some extremely difficult and unusual family law matters. Some of the highest profile law firms in Livingston County were retained against me - and Greg beat them. Through it all, Greg gave me extremely useful and good advice (even if I didn’t like hearing it at the time) on how to navigate matters. I can tell you as a father, it is extremely rare to end up with full custody of your children. Greg helped me accomplish this and at all times showed a genuine concern for the kids involved. I had recommended Greg Dean to David Rambow, my nephew - who has also posted. I personally have retained Greg Dean over the last 14 years for a variety of issues my son has had (some were sobriety issues - because in Michigan non-sobriety is treated criminally rather than the disease it is). I have also retained Greg for various legal matters of my own I have had and even though I now live in Maryland, and wish Greg practiced in Maryland, because there is no attorney I trust more, he still promptly responds and provides factual court rules/statutes/guidance on situations where the matter is not limited to a particular state.

All judges that Greg has appeared before in my son's court cases have clearly highly respected Greg. Greg does not act like a "hot shot" like many high priced attorneys do. Also, if Greg is not expert in an area, he will promptly suggest a referral rather than keeping cases where he believes he may not have the expertise.

Best attorney ever is a understatement. Mr. Dean is the most upfront and honest attorney I have ever worked with. Hes very straight forward, honest, and down to earth. He has never once tried to sugar coat anything, or make me feel better. He tells you exactly how it is and what needs to be done. Ive also never felt like i was being over charged for anything. There is usually convenient street parking (and it is free). The office is functional- but this review is really for Mr. Dean. He is an intelligent compassionate man and has been a great help to my family through several difficult things, over many years. I have total confidence in his legal proficiency, and that he truly listens and cares is readily apparent.
