I just loved the whole experience, since I entered the place the 2 workers greeted me and were super helpful with the recommendations of the menu. The order was ready quickly and exactly how I ordered it, the ingredients were delicious and the portions are good. The place is cozy and with enough space to sit and chat with your friends. I highly recommend it.

Oh my goodness you have to visit! Our group absolutely loved the waffles and hot chocolate. We also tried the smoothies and hot ham and cheese, both of which were so delicious. The employees did an amazing job of keeping the line moving and getting orders out. Definitely plan to go again.

It’s great. The food is tasty but a little tasty. However the service is impeccable, super sincere, always giving me recommendations. One lady I believe her name is maria is the sweetest, whenever I’m on my way to work and pass by she’ll always wave hello and treats me amazing every time I order. The best

Whenever we walked by this place, it smelled so good. So one afternoon we decided to give it a try. My kids loved the waffle with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. The waffle was warm and paired very well with the ice cream. The sampler ice cream was amazing! We tried both cookie n cream flavors, chocolate, and vanilla flavors. Super delicious. It’s a nice treat!

I went with my friend to have a coffee and 100% recommended! the staff was really friendly and helpful. Elena, María and Andrés are an excellent team.

So glad they have a sit down location and on the UWS! Hopefully they will be here for a long time and I can't wait to try the night menu!! Great selection of beers and drinks, a definite recommended spot for brunch or a low key date no matter the time. YUM!

I remembered when they used to be in the street corner adjacent to the Museum of Natural History. As great as the waffles were it was hard to eat them standing up.

Now with seating they're better than before. The WMD was 🔥.

I can taste a hot dog with everything it was delicious! And Tequeños too...The place is cute, big , the staff is very friendly and the location is fantastic because when you out the American Museum you can eat or take delicious coffee ( try a waffles) I assure you that you won't regret it.

Recommended! Good spot for quick brunch! Nice and kind staff. I ordered Bourbon (bacon&maple waffle add banana), it's a good combination. So yummy but the waffle is a bit too hard for me. My friend ordered turkey patty with maple and banana waffle. I like this one more than mine haha. It sounds weird but tastes gooood! Also Iced Chai latte is so light and refreshing.

I come here once in a while with my daughter, and this team really shows the love every time.

First, even when we're not there, my daughter literally requests their hot chocolate which they serve with whipped cream, marshmallows and grated chocolate over the top.

Second the service is always friendly, welcoming and they really go above and beyond. Case in point - I was there last weekend and my daughter spilled about half of her hot chocolate all over the counter, window and floor in the back. I apologized, and not only were they not pissed, but they brought her another small cup of hot chocolate on the house. Really, really nice gesture, and we appreciate it.

Decent-value waffles here -- and they definitely don't taste like cardboard :)
First topping is free, and higher-end toppings like bacon are priced accordingly. Courteous and friendly workers here too

Fresh fruit, fast service, great location. Excellent way to get some energy before visit to the American Museum of Natural History. Hot chocolate is not too sweet, just right.

I can't adequately explain why a sugar-coated wafel with cookie butter, blueberries, bananas, and ice cream was worth a walk all the way down Central Park west, but it is. My NY experience wouldn't have been complete without a visit.

Such a fun late brunch experience with my son! The waffles and dinges were scrumptious. Emiliana at the front counter had impeccable customer service and was so sweet.
