It was Thursday so it wasn't too crowded or nosy. The food was simply presented and tasted amazing. The beer cheese burger was messy to eat, but so worth it. The best beer cheese I've had in my personal opinion.

It was definitely worth the price, but you can still work up a bill if you go all out with drinks and desert. Our server was very nice and we did not have to wait long for our food.

We are excited to go back and try more of their in-house designed signature cocktails!

Their carryout menu is generous and has a nice variety, even indicating dietary needs clearly. Every item we try from the famous mushroom soup, to the angry wings, to the wraps and to go cocktails are absolutely on point. Prices are competitive. The entire inside and outside is decorating beautifully and makes you feel cozy even though you're only going in for carry-out. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and everyone is respectful with mask wearing and social distancing. Support this awesome local spot.

15+ visits and this place is always evolving. Constantly seeing fantastic new specials on the menu and improvements to existing dishes. Stopped in for the launch of “brunch” and I’m more than impressed.

Have visited 7-8 times now and every single time has been fantastic. Relaxed atmosphere and amazing specials. (Walking tacos are unbelievable). Come thru and chat with the bartender.. that’s all it’ll take.

Recently moved to the area and stopped in on a Wednesday night an hour before close with a good friend to check out some local spots. Danielle was behind the bar and provided the exact service we were hoping for. Relaxed and easy going vibes and excellent food. Can’t argue with good beer specials, either. Will definitely be returning again for the small town charm flowing through this place. Great work!

A lovely, inviting watering hole perfect for anyone looking for a fun time! Stellar service team is personable and the food is excellent (bacon burger and salads highly recommended). Having been to my fair share of bars, I can confidently say that Lake Street Tavern is worth a visit. It's a spot where you can enjoy a good drink, tasty food, and friendly company. And don't forget to strike up a conversation with the bartender Danielle; she's a real pro.

A great bar with very accommodating service. Our waitress found me a perfect off-menu dipping sauce for my fries, and she came up with a cocktail for my date based just on something she'd found on a different restaurant's menu. Food's good, too: try the Reuben.

First and foremost the service was so friendly and perfectly pace. Our server was Brit and she made sure everything was perfect from the initial drink orders/delivery, food order/delivery, to checking back on food taste, etc and if there was anything else we needed. I would ask for her again and again. The burger was perfectly done and very tasty and Salmon was exquisite.

Stopped in on a Monday night and took advantage of their happy hour specials before 6pm. The half off appetizers were delicious! I ordered the nachos with chicken and my husband ordered the calamari, chicken tenders, and cheese curds. All tasted great! Their beer selection was good and our server was nice. Will definitely be returning.

On our way to Ann Arbor today, we stopped for lunch at Lake Street Tavern. I don't often review restaurants, but this one was so memorable that I feel compelled. The service was great and the food was fantastic. The burger was one of the best I've ever had and the soft pretzels and beer cheese were a highlight. My wife loved her food as did our kids. We'll be back next time we're in the area!

Service was great and the food was good, alittle disappointing that the Black and Blue burger wasn't the same it used to have a zing to it with the sauce and the burger was small. The server Cindy was amazing she was really nice and great personality. I moved away from the area, but I will go back.

The atmosphere has a real "old home town" feel to it. The food is great! We love the happy hour and the specials. They have a great variety of beer. The outdoor seating is very nice too.

One of the best burgers I’ve had... like 3rd to a fancy Vegas Hotel and Bareburger in NYC. Love the custom options.. goat cheese on a burger is HEAVEN! Their chips are awesome, the beer selection is usually great (though changes a little seasonally). Decent atmosphere, clean, good staff, occasionally things take longer than expected but for a awesome spot in a small town- really top notch, they definitely are worth checking out!! This is For sure my regular Monday spot. Speed wise- sitting on the bar side definitely makes food come faster but even a slow Monday, don’t expect your dinner to appear in 8 min.. more like 20-30... just enough time to finish a beer and have a conversation so be prepared for that. You want fast food- Wendy’s is down the street.. for GOOD food... this is the spot.

Came here for my birthday dinner with the family. We were a party of 6, and were seated immediately in a beautiful rustic area at a large high top table, which was great because we're a tall family. Sarah our waitress was great, offered selections on drinks and entrees, and all were spot on delicious. I had the ribs, subbed mac n cheese, and they were the best ribs I've had in a long time! Fall of the bone is an understatement, each bone pulled apart easily with just my fork and the bbq sauce was very tasty. The mac and cheese was divine! My sister, father and brother-in-law had the burgers, and were highly satisfied, my dad had a hard-time getting the whole thing in his mouth, and the onion rings were excellent. Six very satisfied and stuffed people. :D

Great burgers. I am sure the other food is as good but I can't say as I always get a burger. Beer selection is definitely solid and arguably the best of the restaurants in town. My wife rants and raves about their white balsamic dressing and whatever salad it comes on.
