Highly Recommended for Busy Professionals in the MSP area. I've been with AIBM since 2020 when I moved to Minneapolis. Excellent customer service. Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Online banking is a joke. I would run away from this bank immediately. Customer service is the worst. They don’t follow through on issues and keep repeating month after month. Whoever runs this institution should think of a new career. Banking is time of them.
