Pye did an excellent job with my father's memorial. Our Limo driver Daryl(D) was very professional & attentive to the family!

I would like to thank all of the staff, very empathetic kind and professional. This was the hardest thing I ever had to do lay my Dad to rest. I appreciate how I was walked through every thing every step of the way. Thank you!

Oh Pye III was a huge help with the services for my aunt Wilma Person back in November. This was my first time planning a funeral and I had no clue what I was doing. They took all of the guess work out of it and basically handled everything for me. Kellee A. Miller gave me a business card and put a cell phone number on the back just in case I had questions out side of normal business hours. During our first meeting they provided me with options for services with clear the cost of each service clearly highlighted. Once I had made my selections I was provided with a business card and told that I could call anytime with questions. Talika did my aunts hair and make-up and she was beautiful and looked so natural. Talika did an awesome job and wasn't afraid to let me know when she thought what I was suggesting wasn't the best options for my aunt. I'm so glad she asked me to allow her to do things her way and if I didn't like it she would change it. Nothing needed to be changed because she did an awesome job. Our family car driver, I believe his name was Ron or Rob; he was awesome and started things off with a much needed prayer. He arrived early and made sure everyone was in the car in plenty of time to arrive to the services. Overall, this entire process was handled very well. All of the employees at Oh Pye III are class acts, from the ladies you first encounter at the desk, to everyone else your path will cross with during this process. I highly recommend entrusting O.H. Pye III with the services for your loved one. They helped ease a lot of stress during a most stressful time in our lives and we are very appreciative. Although I pray I don't need them again any time soon, if and when there is a need I will definitely be going back to O.H. Pye for their top notch service.

I am grateful for Pye Funeral Home, its Funeral Director, Mrs. A.P., the professional assistants, J & T, the comforting, elegant environment, and the exceptional customer service exhibited by each team member.

Upon entering we were greeted and lovingly welcomed. The Funeral Director patiently answered our questions, explained, guided, and maintained open communications with us through each step of this tedious, painful process.

The Funeral Director authentically shared that our deceased loved ones are treated with love and care, as if they were her family. I agree for my Mother’s final viewing was beautiful her hair, makeup, nails, outfit, and everything! My Mom received a plethora of compliments.

This was a first for us and Pye graciously took the burden off of us. I thank God for leading us to Pye and entrusting them with our Mother’s final arrangements.

O.H. Pye has handled over 5 of my loved ones over the last 12 years. They have always been very upfront, honest and compassionate. They have always done a great job making my loved ones look good and have always been on-time as well as attentive, especially during proofing. As much as I hate to interact with them I wouldn’t take my family anywhere else in the city.

My siblings and I lost our dear sweet beautiful Mother November 11,2019. It was our Mother who in trusted O.H. Pye Funeral Home with her final arrangements. We honored her every wish as did they. When I called Pye Funeral Home my call was promptly returned. They had the best price and terms for the service that I and my family were looking for. The funeral director was friendly, welcoming, thorough and helpful at every stage of the process. From providing a letter we needed for our insurance claim, directing us as to where we may get supplemental financial support to helping us determine the number of death certificates, we got everything we asked for.
The front desk receptionist, as well as entire staff were very good in their respective roles. In such a time of stress, you need a place that will guide you expertly on every step of the way.

It all starts when they answer the phone. You just get this feeling that you're in the right place. They treat your loved one with dignity when they come to transport them to the funeral home. Your concierge is kind and compassionate.

On the day of your service the funeral director and his assistants are kind, patient, compassionate and understanding. They totally know how to treat the family and everyone around them. We were very well taken care of and we are very happy to have used OH Pye III.

If you had even a tiny concern, you could have voiced it. I was assisted and guided in every way possible. The service given made my mom's home-going a really peaceful process. Even the funeral guests were amazed at the empathy of the funeral director and his assistant. OH Pye III takes the stress of planning arrangements from beginning to end. O.H Pye, III Funeral Home did an outstanding job servicing my cousin/big brother recently. From the planning to the burial, they were professional and compassionate. My cousin was involved in a serious accident and the family was prepared to have a close casket funeral. However, the funeral director told us to give them a chance and a picture of my cousin, which we did. When I say Pye recreated his look, they did THAT!!! My oldest daughter Nina had the pleasure of working for the father at the O L Home for the Aged years ago so I can see the up bringing. Keep up the good work.

Pye Funeral Home help me with my dad and did an excellent job explaining the cost and services. Although this was a pre planned funeral 5 years prior to his death on July 11, 2014; Mr. Hodge had all the documents and funeral arragments that we made 5 years ago.

One item is a plus is the car service they provided to furneral home and taken home after the services.
