I've been in this neighborhood since special Way open and they just remodeled it and made it bigger and more pleasant to go in you don't have to worry about bumping into your other customers and the storage clean and spacious and you can get in and out very quickly and the staff is very courteous

One of the few places you can get Black & Mild filter tips on the Westside mostly have to go on the east side to try to get those, not a lot of riffraff at least at the times that I go which is in the middle of the night and in the afternoon
