Wow! What a amazing stay! Staff was friendly and helpful despite being incredibly busy with a dance competition in town, the rooms are very nice and roomy, the beds were HEAVEN! The whole hotel was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was great! Lots of variety. Would 10 out of 10 recommend, and we definitely will be back next year for dance!

The best hotel. Our mouths dropped walking into the queen suite! So large and updated. Gorgeous. The kitchen area was under construction so it was tight but we enjoyed breakfast and had a good night's sleep! The extra couch/ TV room & table was really convenient with kids!

This hotel is in the middle of a minor renovation/update, but it's really looking nice. The rooms are clean and have a kitchenette and desk, which is perfect if you're staying here on business. The location is convenient. So many restaurants and a mall within a mile of the hotel.

Everyone was very professional, accommodating,and friendly. Rooms were clean and everything worked. The window air-conditioning unit, though, was extremely loud, and I wish there was a second elevator. Continental breakfast had a fresh and abundant selection.

Room was large and clean; children loved the pool and hot tub; breakfast buffet selection was very extensive, and the manager was great: I had a work meeting and planned to dial in from the business center off the reception, but he invited me to use the private board room instead. An excellent stay all round, and we will definitely return.

They were undergoing a remodel when we stayed but looks super nice!!! The only thing was the breakfest was underwealming.

Very clean and comfortable. Room was spacious and had everything I needed. Every staff member I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Good location close to restaurants and shopping and only about 15 minutes from the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

I stay at those hotel very frequently. The staff is friendly and the service is consistently good. Breakfast is always well stocked. The workout room is very small, but generally available for use. They used to have only weights up to 40 LBS, but I asked them to buy 45 and 50 LB weights and they had some the next time I stayed there. A big thanks to the management for listening and acting.

Good hotel, clean rooms. No complaints overall. Great location right off the highway and near restaurants!

I'm not keen on the general manager but the rest of the staff are so kind and accommodating that I had to change my review.

It's amazing how one hotel staff and change your perception of a hotel. There is a boardroom that is not being used. This was a great space to quietly work on my laptop. The GM comes in and says I cannot work there and locks it up when there is no scheduled use. What I found a nice perk of the hotel became a negative. This is unusual because most hotels find do not mind quiet use of unused spaces.

My boyfriend and I stayed there during New Years weekend and we both loved it. We went out Sunday morning to buy a few things and we asked if we could get the room cleaned, when we came back it smelled so beautiful. Staff was super great! Pool and hot tub were amazing! Most definitely going back there soon!

This hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable. We didn't use the pool but the area looked nice & kept up. Continental breakfast had plenty of options and was well stocked.

Overall, I have to give kudos to SpringHill Suites and this hotel in particular. I always bring my own memory foam pillow when I travel, and I realized I'd forgotten it at the hotel when traveling home. I called the next day, they had found my pillow and shipped it back to me at their cost. Excellent service!

What a beautiful room!I messed up when booking online, and when we checked in at 9:30 pm, the gracious host put us into a room and switched our reservation. Such a blessing. I was so wore out from driving for 12 hours! The room was a welcome retreat for my family. The only issue was that the pool was ice cold and the hot tub was not working. My poor boy came back blue. So glad we had the bathtub to soak in! Please be aware there are adult only swim times. The breakfast buffet here is amazing.

Spacious rooms, decent breakfast selection, very helpful staff. We've spent quite a few nights here and we'll be back again. Good value for the price. Close to grocery store--with a fridge and microwave in the room, you can eat in and save on meals. Marie at the front desk was always welcoming!

Rooms are clean and recently updated. Front desk services was top notch when we hade questions. No problems here.

The 2 queen room was amazing, it was only 100 dollars for a one night stay on a Saturday! The check in was fast and simple, the rooms were spread decently apart. We had a corner suite on the first floor and heard no noise from other guests.

The beds were really comfortable, my best friend is planning on making a new mattress purchase as a result of the mattresses we slept on. The room had a small kitchenette with a sink, coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave.

The continental breakfast was great, it had a selection of hot and cold foods and multiple drink options.

The only negative experience we had was that the pool was over packed, there were kids at the late night adult swim hour, so we didn't swim. I wish this was policy was enforced.

The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and the bed slept extremely well. The Room is a little bit tight but nothing that you can't work with. It's very close to Paisley park and that's the main thing that I came for.

Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. Decor 10/10; staff were always helpful, attentive, and friendly; room was impeccable every day of our stay showcasing the attention to detail of thw housekeeping staff; the breakfast itself as well as the breakfast area were under constant attention; and pool facilities were exemplary. I can't wait to return.

The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast is one of the better you will find in a hotel. Lots of fresh fruit and fresh lemon and cinnamon bread. It is closer to a European breakfast than American. The hotel is very clean and in a good neighborhood.

I was extremely impressed with the desk staff and the hotel itself. The desk staff, Scott, was personably and to the point while checking us in. He made sure we had everything we needed at our check in. Our room was clean and perfectly equipped for our weekend stay. Great hotel!
