Hyatt Place Minneapolis/Eden Prairie

Friendly staff, clean lobby, halls and rooms, good selection for breakfast, overall quiet environment. AC/Heater, mini fridge and TV worked great, had a convenient sink and counter plus coffee maker but no microwave. Sadly, had to venture for ice, but good snack options at the bar attached to the service desk. Perfect for my 3 day business trip!

Clean, comfy rooms and very friendly staff. Clean pool and clean halls. The breakfast was very good with very fluffy waffles and warm food. Very wide time range for the pool and breakfast.

A nice clean area. The rooms were big and had all the modern amenities. The kids loved the heated indoor pool.

Like some of the other reviews say, this hyatt location isn’t quite as new/updated as some other locations, but it is still a very nice hotel to stay at. Just spent the weekend here and the rooms were clean, check in was easy, breakfast was good. All you need in a hotel

Stayed 3/4/23- very happy with location and cleanliness of property. Our group had four rooms. The beds were comfortable and staff very friendly. Although we didn’t use the pool, we saw it was a good size and very clean. Great accommodation at affordable price!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms were nice, spacious, and clean. The staff was very accommodating. There was plenty of parking. Pool area was nice and clean. Always had towels, and they were nice, BIG ones. Public restrooms were clean, nice and the women’s was stocked with free feminine products. Just a very pleasant stay.
LOVE that they had a small bar in the lobby.

Very nice people working there very helpful. Enjoy my day. I’ll probably stay there again if I’m in the neighborhood.

I really like Hyatt Place hotels. They're usually really clean and modern. This one was no exception. The rooms were nice, clean, and big. The breakfast was pretty good. They offered hot food (eggs, sausage) and not just toast and cereal. Several juices, yogurt, coffee. I would stay here again!

I love the huge pool. I like to do laps. The staff is great and the rooms are cozy.

I do suggest making sure the bedding is fully cleaned. Twice now I have experienced bits on my body. A couple months ago and two weeks ago now. I had to go see my Doctor this second time.
Hotels are Hotels things are going to happen. However, I suggest checking in on the staff and making sure proper procedures are consistent.

Room was spacious and comfortable will all amenities desired. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was amazing!!!

Clean! Probably the most important thing... Bed is firm, but comfy. Room is spacious, but bathroom feels cramped. Good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast smelt good, but yet to try due to schedule. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the area and able to make accurate suggestions on where to go. Would recommend...

I have stayed here twice in the last 2 years and have been very pleased both times. Breakfast in the morning is a little busy and hard to get food, but the staff is trying as best they can. The pool is plain but it works and the kids were happy! The fitness room is great! We chose this because it is centrally located to the cities, valleyfair and MOA. I definitely recommend this place!

The hotel was very clean and very nice. Rooms were a great size and clean as well. And the staff was amazing!!! Would definitely recommend staying here, and we will go back if we have to stay in the area again.

Great one week stay. Great front desk service. Clean rooms. I didn’t catch her name, but the front desk female (she is blonde and worked in the AM during my whole stay) was excellent. She helped me get my car jumped all week when I stayed. She went above and beyond out of her way to help me. Thank you! I will be back.

The staff made even our 2 a.m. check-in pleasant. The breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel. A quirk of the room design—the sink is just outside the bathroom—was actually very nice with multiple people trying to get ready in the same room.

Very inviting as I entered the Hyatt. Desk clerk was friendly and professional. Surrounding area was thoroughly cleaned and fresh smelling. It only took a moment till I had my room keys. My room was very clean, close to the elevator and had grab bars in the bathroom per my request! Thank you Hyatt!
