Extra Space Storage

Family has used this storage facility in Cottage Grove before. We love it here. Can be a bit pricey based on the markets but when you go in to the shop, they can get you a lower rate. Was at $51 for 3 months then they sent it up to $95/month and went in and got it down to $71 with insurance ($60 + $11 insurance). After moving out they refunded me the $71 as I wasn’t going to be there in May. 10/10 friendly and supportive staff!! Highly recommended!!!

This facility has been great for us! We have stored things here 3 separate times. We have always had great service, and clean safe storage spaces. I highly recommend them.

Everything was very simple and reasonably priced. The fella in the call center who helped me was great and professional! The ladies in the office were amazing! I had a rare situation and not only were they accommodating, they were so nice and just a total vibe! 10/10 would rent again! So convenient in every way too!! Thanks y’all!

Raquel was very helpful in helping us select an appropriate space to store our items as we made an across the country move. We feel this place securely stores our items and the access is simple. No issues with customer service of this cottage grove location!

I rented a large unit for a year and a half. The premises were always clean. The gates always worked. When I inserted my lock too far and could not open my unit, the attendant got it open and showed how to insert lick correctly..

This place is Amazing! Very easy to work with!

I personally had a couple setbacks, and was not able to pay my fee on time, and they were very understanding, and very reasonable, and they took the time to work with me, and went out of their way to even let me grab some things that I needed from my locker versus where other places would’ve not even taken the time of day to talk to me or work with me until they were paid.

They hands-down, get five stars for me I highly recommend them
