Target

I love Target in Cottage Grove. Such wonderful employees and they always have what I am looking for! I have gotten to know a few of the employees over the years and they know me by name!! (I don’t know if that’s means I’m there too much!!) Target circle and the Red Card are a very much appreciated perk to shopping there also!!

So this is a bit biased but starbucks is also here and that alone wins points from me its really well kept and cs is always up to help. The atmosphere always feels warm and inviting.

Love this Target ! It’s a smaller store, so they don’t have quite as many options as other Super Targets , but they make it work.

Everyone here is always polite . Whenever I do a Drive Up order , the employees are always quick , efficient, and kind.

I have a terrible short term memory, and I do drive up frequently. I literally forget every time to show my code. Everyone is patient and reminds me how to. It seems silly and trivial that they are so nice about this, but I definitely don’t receive this kind of treatment elsewhere.

My ONLY criticism (and this is most likely a corporate thing versus the local store ) is for the Drive up staff to be able to accept tips on the first try. I know they are required by some policy (I heard this online , no one has ever mentioned this at this location ) that states the employee must refuse . But - especially in a climate like ours - these people should be able to accept tips ! They’re out there in every kind of weather- rain , snow , sleet , hail, etc - busting their behinds. Let us tip them!!!

Lastly , as stated I have a terrible memory , so I’m bad with names, but the female lead / manager of the Drive up is hands down one of the nicest people I’ve met in my entire life. I’ve had several times during the pandemic where I’d call and ask for her specifically because she knew when the next delivery was for essentials that seemed to always be out of stock.

Did a return was fast, friendly, and convenient. Also used drive up for a school outfit my daughter needed for school. Was ready within 20 minutes of placing the order. Drive up person was fast and friendly. Will use this Target when driving thru the area again.

Employees are educated in customer service. I really appreciate when a company has great customer service.

I was originally going to go to walmart, but they did not have a sophisticated phone application, and they did not have the product I was looking for. Targets phone application made it incredibly easy to find the item I was looking for. More than just an aisle letter and number, the application had a map that you could zoom in on to find exactly where your item is located.

The school supplies here are high quality and have a large variety.

The bullseye section has some quality products that are only $1-$5 each.

A sufficient and impressive number of employees throughout the store to help whenever it's needed- something that is sorely lacking in retail for the past several years. In addition to being helpful, every employee was friendly and respectful too!

Very easy to return my purchase, friendly and efficient service

Staff at this location were helpful, store was stocked with the items I was looking for. I had to stop at the pharmacy, which is a CVS btw, and the pharmacist was readily available to answer my questions.

I had trouble buying a vacuum on line. Andrew in customer service assisted me with friendliness and professionalism.
I was able to buy the vacuum. He was a wonderful face of your company. Thank you Andrew.

Honestly surprised they haven't closed because of the competition from Walmart. Always loved going to target as a kid and still do as an adult. Maybe its just me clinging on to old memories but this Target has always been my number one.

We love Target in general but especially love having one so close by that is generally well stocked and manned by polite, competent employees.

Best customer service, always stands behind their products, and cares.

I was able to find almost everything I needed while Christmas shopping--and, for clothes, Target had the sizes available I needed. The checkout person was extremely friendly and yet efficient!

It may not be a super target but it's a great little store. The pharmacy is wonderful here

Did not like the fact that the pharmacy was way at the end of the store. Employees were friendly and helpful.

The best cashier ever there is Airen, she’s so friendly and welcoming. She helped resolve all my problems at checkout. She’s one of the best.

Friendly staff that will help you through out your experience. The store is lightly stocked with most items to get you through not a full grocery store.

So much better than the Hastings store! It's worth the extra drive. They have an open market and a great grocery selection for a non-Super Target.

Efficient, item I ordered was ready in a timely manner! Easy to pick up, staff was awesome.
