My mom is 84 years oldAnd this is one of her favorite gas stations to go to management is very nice

I prefer Holiday over other local gas stations/convenience stores. The store is clean, shelves are stocked and employees are friendly 😁

I never not find what I'm looking to buy here it's a one stop shop

One of our favorites we get cubs rewards discount and they have E85 gas

Store management is incompetent when it comes to employees.
- Work schedule didn't have a routine (often came within a day or two of the new week)
- The store manager became a hypocrite by calling a co-worker incompetent and inconsistent.
- Hired for 40hr got less than 25hr
- Other shifts tended to push "their work" on the overnight. (Especially stocking the cooler)
- Schedule would change without notifying the affected.
- Never appreciated by anyone for the work we didn't have to do. (Life tip; don't do more than you are paid for)
- They complained about not having enough people while also not giving hours to the ones they do have.
- Not understanding of family circumstances.
The only good thing about working here was the customers and co-workers on the 3rd shift.

Would NOT recommend unless you are fine with few hours, unreliability, and not being appreciated.

Gas prices constantly higher than anyone in the metro

I had already paid for a car wash (which I shouldn't have had to because I belong to the car wash club but it didn't recognize my barcode). The vehicle in front of me got trapped in the car wash. I had to get out of my car and tell everyone lined up behind me the car wash was out of order just so I could get my vehicle out. I then went inside the store to get a refund for unused car wash. The woman employee behind the counter on February 14, 2022 at 10 a.m. was EXTREMELY RUDE to me and started yelling at me when I tried to get my money back. I told her someone was trapped in the car wash and she didn't even care. I was shocked at the way she was speaking to me. Would give 0 stars if I could.
