Just finished an outstanding experience with Jeff and his team. They took over a parent's trust as an independent trustee for us. Their performance was excellent. They were honest and timely while providing many helpful suggestions. We highly recommend them.

Fiduciary foundation llc has been dishonest and has lied under oath. This place does not follow court orders and does what it feels like. If your own attorney refers to him do not do it. You will regret it. He has a company where he gets appraisals way under value then sells property as a private sale. (Great way to pocket cash). He files conservatorship docs with missing information and after moving money around there is money missing. He likes court orders where people cannot touch the money and Where he has full control. All he cares about is lining his own pocket and his attorneys and the attorneys who appoint him. Stay away. I intend on suing this person and then there will be a record of it.

The office ladies dismiss you and Jeff just doesn’t respond, they make decisions without the beneficiaries discretion, they don’t care about helping the beneficiary, instead just lining his own pockets. His office has no heat or air conditioning and is smaller than my bedroom. If you think your trust has privacry or your case is not being shared between that office you are dead wrong. If you try and discuss feelings or get a lawyer involved Jeff just laughs at you because he knows the system he has set up is in his advantage to take instead of help. DO NOT EVER LET THIS COMPANY TOUCH YOUR MONEY, you will never see it if you do. You have better luck dying before seeing your money !!!!!

What we should do is get together and fight these people and file a class action lawsuit because what they are doing is taken advantage of people and taking advantage of vulnerable adults and and taking people money and lieing under oath please don't let your love one be under there care

You will never see the money again with Jeff Kittleson. He squandered 2/3rds of the money and then lawyered up with one of the most expensive lawyers in the state who's response was..."even if my client did these things, by the time we get to court the remainer of the Trust will be used up in legal expenses." He is dishonest as the day is long and knows how to play the system.

4 weeks later and still waiting for him to send the money over to the new Trustee...for some reason he thinks "he sent the new Trustee all the info" and doesn't need to send the money...How the heck does this guy keep his license?

Nothing good is coming from having this court appointed Fiduciary Jeff! He doesn't keep you posted on anything, my dad's property sold for much less than it was worth despite what we we wanted. He doesn't care about anything. The house sold and we're still to see any money. I don't know who to talk to talk to at this point but feel like we're getting screwed.

He's a liar and a cheat. He literally stole from my special needs trust. I talked to an attorney and they said I had a legal case but, the trust could use my money to legally represent themselves and basicly run my out of money before we ever would get to court!!!!!!!!!!! HE"S A CROOK!!!!! It's also important to know that he had another company that was a authorized to ne a rep. payee and Social Security cancelled his authorization. They don't do that without good reason.

This place is a joke! They don't share information openly and give you the run around. So much arrogance and deceit coming from this group. Lack of transparency. You need a vigilante like Charles Bronson to get your money and have your back. The Minnesota court system is just as corrupt as this group. Look somewhere else for fair treatment, because you won't find any peace of mind here.
