Billy & Marty's Convenience Store

Amani and others at the store offer great customer services all the times that I've been in the store.

Friendliest staff ever. It’s really refreshing to have pleasant service after a long day at work. The guys that work after 5pm are always so nice. Bill & Martys should be grateful to have such awesome employees.

Typical over priced downtown convenience...but, bigger store and more selection than many other small convenience stores. Seems to always have customers...

They (US Bank Plaza location) often open later in the morning than posted hours (supposed to open 6AM), sometimes as much as twenty minutes late. And sometimes close early (supposed to be open until 6PM). Tonight, when I really truly needed something, they were closed early. A guy was in there cleaning, knew I was wanting in, but just ignored me. Why not adjust the store hours and present as a more reliable, customer-friendly company?

I just stopped in to the Billy and Martys is in the u.s. bank center. The cashier on duty was exceptionally rude to me. I wanted him to check a lottery ticket, as I wanted to purchase more, and additional items. He refused to put my ticket into the machine to be checked. I offered to show him how, and he stated he did not want to know. He was incredibly dismissive of me. I found another store, and made purchases there. I think I have found a new store, due to the rudeness of your employee.

Ive been being charged an extra 45 cents even when using CASH. I mentioned it to the guy and he just looked at me and didn't remove the extra charge. It's straight up greed and outright robbery. They've lost my business after getting caught and not removing the fee. WATCH THEM AS THEY RING THINGS UP. YOULL SEE THE EXTRA 00.45 BEING ADDED USING CASH OR CARD... CALLING THE BBB AND ATYORNEY GENERAL. THIS IS THE ONLY STORE I KNOW THAT DOES THIS. THIEVES IS ALL THEY ARE....

Pretty much shady I thought it was me but no i go in there every week and purchase just like the next person. But I get treated some kind of way which is not cool.
I won't be going back I just have to make sure I get my snacks and drinks before I get there.

Charged to use my debit card on an $18 purchase. I’ll shop elsewhere.
