Always fast and wonderful service, fresh food, and the BEST around! The food is always excellent. They have the best fried rice, egg foo yung, chow mein, and lo mein around. The owners are original, and they are always welcoming and personable. They always make a special order for our 6 yr old of broccoli since he was very young. They go out of their way to ensure you get what you ordered. I've been eating here for 40 years, and will continue to as they can't be beat! The attached pics are half my order of the #3 cashew nut chow mein combo..

I have loved this place ever since I moved to cottage Grove. My only complaint is they no longer have the buffet but that's no fault of their own. But they still have the best chow mein in town

Did take out, orange chicken and chow main, very good flavor and temperature.

I very much recommend the dumplings. They are the best dumplings I have ever had. The egg rolls are delicious too as well as the Kung Pao & sesame Chicken. Everything I've tried here is YUMMMMM!

They currently only offer take out, the dining room is closed.

The service is fast & was ready within 10 minutes of my call to order.

Best ever. Consistent quality and taste. I have never had a bad dish in 40 plus years! Sweet and Sour sauce alone is worth the visit- Fantastic! Hopefully dine in will be coming back.

Placed our order online and it was ready in 15 minutes. Best Chinese food I have had in forever. Used to go when I was a child and just as good today! Highly recommend!

I love going to Tom Moy Cafe. They are wonderful people. I always get delicious food. I got chicken almond ding and cream cheese wontons. Yummy!!! I'm eating it right now. I'll be back.

Love Tom Moy cafe! I grew up on Cottage Grove and still dream of this Chinese food. My sister and I make the journey back here about once a year to have lunch. Yum! Best lomein and egg rolls in MN 😍🥡🥟🥠

Fantastic food. Everything is made by hand, fresh and to order. I used to go to Tom Moy weekly before I moved but now I make sure to stop by every time I'm in or close to Cottage Grove. I believe that most of the complaints about the owner are based on cultural differences, as she is originally from China. She's always been very sweet to me and makes a point to say hello to all of the customers, and she even remembers everyone's name. The decor is quaint, I've asked about the art on the walls and it's all originally from China.

I don't care what Jeff says, this place is the best I've eaten here fairly routinely for the past 15 years. It's amazing and always had been. I've been in a lot of places and Tom Moys has the best cream cheese wontons evar!

Super delicious food, no complaints. I keep coming back. Really enjoyed Sweet n sour pork & chicken, and chicken wings are meaty and delicious!

They have amazing chicken fried rice. And the lo mein was great! All in all a good place to get some takeout

Definitely a cut above the rest! Custom stir fry, tell them what you want on it, and pick it up! Great for bringing to work. Today I hit the Orange chicken with fried rice. Orange sauce was on the side chicken will stay crunchy until I have lunch...perfect!

Even though the decor of the restaurant could use a facelift, the food is delicious. We went at 5:30, and even though it was dinner time, the food was fresh. The sesame chicken is so good and the mongolian beef comes with an amazing sauce. Very good service and food.

We love it here we've been going here for 18 years or more we signed a papers so they could stay where they were before and they had to move where they are now ... we followed them along with everyone else did .................. kwe love them we come all the way from Oakdale and we tell all our FREIND
