when my local insurance representative retired, and my account got transferred to Watertown, I was very nervous about starting a new relationship with someone who doesn't know me, someone for whom I'm just one more client. I was wrong! since day one Billiejo was super helpful, personally contacting me and answering my questions, etc. She is always on top of things and always with the best customer service you can imagine. I know I can trust that she looks after my best interest, and I know she is there for me if I need her. I can't recommend her enough.

Billiejo was very helpful on the phone helping my husband and I save money by putting our policies together. We have two boats, two vehicles, a sxs, and two houses that all need to be covered. She made everything very easy and saved us money, all from the convenience of our home.

I feel very comfortable with the Vecchio agency. I can text or call anytime and always get quick response. They are on top of everything, I've never had an issue since I switched from Progessive, which saved me more than 200 a month on my insurance bill.

When I called they gave me the best deal I could find for car insurance. They made sure my policy had everything that I wanted and made sure I was clear on what I was receiving. I emailed on a Federal Holiday for them to change my policy. I had an email back from them and no it wasn’t an auto reply letting me know I could call the 1-800 number or someone would call me the following day. By 10 am the next day I had a call. They make sure you know your options and if you can save.

Very professional and friendly service, I prefer to do business in person. They greet you immediately when you get there, always pleasant and knowledgeable.

Billiejo's team strives to making themselves available and always looks for discounts to make sure their customers are getting the best value. I have 4 vehicles with full coverage and pay less than half for all of them than I was paying for 2 at geico. Everywhere else in town was even more. When I had an accident, Billiejo made herself available to speak to me directly as soon as the accident occurred and told me exactly what I needed to do to pursue the other person's insurance. GREAT JOB BILLIEJO and your team.
