Our family would like to highly recommend Angela Briante and her team at Briante Realty Group, LLC. My Brother suffered a medical incident that required multiple surgeries and full-time medical rehabilitation over a year and a half ago. Unfortunately, he was living alone at the time with his boys’ all starting families of their own, that coupled with a mortgage holder that wasn't interested in working out a solution led to a foreclosure on his house and property. The lack of income and payments quickly turned a positive financial situation into a very negative one with the foreclosure cost exceeding the property value. Since my brother’s house was empty during the winter months it experienced a frozen water pipe doing a large amount of damage, along with other needed repairs made the sale a difficult effort. Ms. Briante and her team went above and beyond helping us prepare his house and property for sale. They took the initiative working with local town officials, our legal representatives, family members, along with making recommendations on local services to contract with. They listed the property multiple times with many showings before a buyer was found. Since the final price was below the accumulated debt on the house a short sale was the only real option. Ms. Briante and her team worked very closely with our legal team at The Law Office of Rick S. Cowle, P.C. who successfully halted the mortgage company foreclosure and negotiated a short sale removing all financial obligation and allowing my brother to look forward to a fresh start. The combined efforts of Briante Reality and Rick Cowle Law Office handled the closing without any problems. On a side note, my brother is now standing on his own and we are hopeful for a full recovery in his multiyear journey.
