if I could rate this place 10 stars I would, excellent customer service and if you want amazing service please ask for Raymond. He just started but he’s a star all of his own.

I agree with some of the reviews about not being able to get ahold of someone at the pharmacy - but that's a lot of cvs pharmacies.

I wanted to make a review about a specific pharmacist who went above and beyond the other day for me. Michael helped me upon arrival in getting my prescriptions, but when he only handed me one I was concerned. Ive had issues with my doctor sending over the script in the past and had a feeling by the look on his face when I told him I was missing one, this was going to be one of those times. After being told the night before that my script will be ready for pick up the following day, I was pretty annoyed. He handled the situation, looked into the whole thing, and helped me for about 30 minutes. He refilled my prescription right then and there. It got busy and the phone was ringing, he took charge of the legit ONE other person there (give these people a break, they're actually working).

So thank you to workers like Michael who are just trying their best and working hard!!

I have shopped in this store since it opened and have never had a problem. It has just about everything you need and the coupons I receive on the internet are great. I have also purchased many prescriptions here and all have been good. I find the staff pleasant and the store is clean.

Always treated with care and respect here. They have more staff and I can see the difference! The store is well stocked and clean and the managers up front always go out of their way to help. Thank you cvs carmel!
