Dr. Michelle Ellern - Cosmetic Physician

Reflections has been my medi-spa for many years. Everyone there is always very nice and professional, and it is easy to get an appointment in a short amount of time. I have seen Dr Ellern for IPL for brown spots, Botox, and Juvederm for my lips. During my IPL treatment, she was the most thorough doctor I ever had and covered every brown spot on my face, even the difficult to reach ones. All my brown spots turned dark and then flaked off a week later revealing a peaches and cream complexion.
My Botox always turned out symmetrical except once, where she gave me a complimentary adjustment, and then it was perfect.
Dr Ellern also gave be beautiful Juvederm lips. I thought the cannula method was painful, but she and her assistant were very compassionate, and had a lot of patience with me during the entire procedure. There was no bruising and the results were very natural.
No matter what I am having done, Dr Ellern performs her work confidently and is always concerned for how I am feeling during the procedure.

I absolutely love Dr. Ellern and would recommend her to anyone wanting filler, Botox, etc. I have been getting Botox and fillers for the past couple years and was never really pleased with my results or my experiences. A friend recommended me to Dr. Ellern and I couldn't be happier. She genuinely cares and listens to your concerns. So happy I found her, very happy with my results!
