Friendly and helpful. There was a rough period in 2022 and early 2023 where, like all businesses, they were short staffed (and often rude). But I think they are finally starting to read the reviews and they have improved a lot this past year

I use this UPS location pretty frequently for dropping off packages and always had a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's very convenient, not too much wait time.

I’m not sure why there’s so many negative reviews, I go here all the time to drop off packages. Sure there’s a line sometimes, but with limited employees, what do you expect? They’re always friendly to me. But I don’t argue/start arguments with them as I’ve seen others do. Some people are just too entitled. This is a good place with good employees.

I'm kind of scared of some of the reviews.. Just returned three Amazon packages with no problems. First time, so I was kind of slow looking through my phone to scan. Female personnel was friendly and fast.

Jenny, Allen, Noah were super nice and really supportive! I made a mistake with my packaging but they tried to help to their best abilities and called several coworkers for support. in the end, the issue got resolved! Thank you guys so much, you guys are the best!!

I shipped a painting to my daughter. The store did an incredible job in packaging the painting to make sure it would be protected. The store manager Jose exceeded my expectations! Great store . I have been using this location for 20 + years.

Long lines and always crowded. But thats common. Many thanks to manager (Michael) for answering my questions and providing a receipt for a return that appeared not to have been processed.
