I’ve been going here for my hair for years and they hands down have the kindest and most consistent staff ever. Angie is a dedicated stylist that treats her clients with care. During my last visit I got my hair done by Monica and she did her thing!! I have very thick and curly hair and hair stylist usually struggle to manage/ straighten my hair. Monica did my hair with care and straightened my hair to perfection. Totally recommend this place to everyone, especially if you have thick or curly hair- they are experts of all hair textures!

I take my 2 young children here for their haircuts. Both Tracy and Monica have cut their hair. Both are very easy to work with and my kids feel comfortable with them. Also, it's an affordable price!

I had a wash/cut/ and blow dry with Tracy today.
She was super friendly and attentive.
Gave me much needed styling tips for my curly hair and made me feel great walking out!

Angie did my hair for wedding & not only did it come out better than the trial, but it stayed all day & night!! Very affordable!! Thank you 💖 🌻

This place is very clean and cozy! Very friendly staff and they make you very comfortable. Wanted to get streaks in front my hair and they came out beautifully!!! I also have some highlights in back of my hair. I love it! My daughter got her hair washed and blow dried and flat iron it. She looks so beautiful and stunning! She is very happy with her hair and I'm happy to see her happy!

Because it was only a trim and blow dry, I didn't have anyone specific in mind. This worked in my favor though since the person I was assigned to ended up taking a bit longer than they thought.

Even so, I was still helped by another person who was able to wash and trim my hair.

She was very friendly and took care of me until my assigned person was ready.

Overall, a good experience with a reasonable wait time and price. Will definitely consider coming back again.😁

Cool styles is one of the best salons in Putnam county. My kids love to have their hair cut by Tracy and I find Lisa to be among the best stylists to ever cut my hair. The salon is relaxed and comfortable and the entire staff is friendly and courteous. And the price is excellent!!!!

I have been going to cool styles for the last 20 years. I don’t trust anyone else with my hair. The stylists always listen, make suggestions and are very up to date with current looks. Their prices are very affordable. They aren’t happy unless you are. At Cool Styles, you are always greeted and treated like family. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I would never go anywhere else.

Cool Styles is a great salon! All of the hairdressers are friendly and attentive, I have been going there for over 7 years now and the quality service I receive is comparable to Manhattan salons. Great quality service for a great price! You just can't go wrong here! They always make you leave feeling pretty!

I have very Latin curly frizzy hair and living in a white majority area i doubted every salon to be able to handle my hair & or have the products I am use to using. Hence why I use to drive 90 minutes to the city to get my hair done, till I found Cool Styles. Angie& crew are amazing the least to say. I walk in with crazy new trend starting ideas and they embrace the challenge and succeed the style. Sometimes even recommending alternate ideas that have also worked out great. The best Salon in the area to get your hair cut, colored, &/or styled. All the staff are very talented & friendly. I have to say, Angela is my favorite. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Absolutely the best place to get your child a haircut. They are professional and very patient. My child is a workout, she expertly cut his hair during his struggle. I will reccomend cool styles to any parent.

I love beautician she is simply amazing. Love the way she cuts my curly hair. Her name is Tracy. She does an excellent job in coloring as well.
