Awesome shop! James is the best tattoo artist! Super talented and professional, and I am always happy with my work! On a side note, shop is really cool and clean, too!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Chris took my inspo pic and turned it into something so much better; better than I ever could’ve imagined. He was clean, kind, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. This was my first tattoo so I was a bit nervous, but Chris explained everything to me and answered every question I had. The price was also very reasonable, which is always a plus. I wouldn’t change a single thing about this experience. I’ll definitely be going back to Chris when I’m ready for my next tattoo.

When I first reached out to James (which was a few years ago now), he was kind and more than happy to draw up the tattoo I had in mind. I wanted a tattoo to commemorate my late pet chicken, Kip. I had a tattoo artist that I went to regularly, but he had moved out of state, and I was hesitant to find someone else. But after a bit of research, I reached out to James.

When I arrived for my appointment, James welcomed me warmly, and even offered to put up a room divider for privacy as there were other clients being tattooed. My tattoo placement was on my chest, just below my collar bone, but it was offered because he remembered me mentioning that I was introverted.

Once he finished that tattoo, I legitimately cried. It was exactly what I had hoped for. As a result, I've only seen James since. And since that first tattoo, he's worked on me numerous times now. I've had a sleeve done, a large leg piece, a hand piece, and he's now reworking a sleeve that my previous artist did. There's no one else I'd trust in this area. Not only is James an excellent artist, he's knowledgeable and passionate about what he does.

Only place in NY I get work done. Clean professional and amazing work James has done about 90% of my ink and always happy!!

First tattoo ever and love this shop so I’m going here from now on! My artist was Caitlyn and she was the best, super nice, comforting and knowledgeable. The space before they moved had a really cool and welcoming vibe but the new place is better! Overall love her style, the atmosphere and my tattoo!

Had my 1st appointment to get my eyebrows microbladed and shaded. Kelsey was very professional and the results were amazing! Just need touch ups which are to be expected. I no longer need to apply my eyebrows daily! So very satisfied

Great work the shading, lines, and design all came out great. James had light hands and took his time so no bleeding for me and it healed quick. It was a great experience from the comfortable atmosphere to the actual tattoo. The price was more than fair. Great price for great work!

James has done my entire sleeve, my ribs, and has started my other sleeve. He does an absolutely amazing job, great with black and white, great with color. Atmosphere feels like you're hanging out with a bunch of friends, constantly laughing. I really enjoy coming in to get tattooed.

The artists at Pride and Glory are all so professional and creative. Each artist bringing something a little different to the table. James added a lot of work to my side and also did a couple piercings for me another time. He was absolutely wonderful and made the 6 hour session go by fast. Ill never go anywhere else.

My friend and I both had an appointment with Chris. We sent reference photos, which he built his own original design around. This was my first tattoo. Chris was very professional and respectful, as my tattoo was in a personal area. I'm glad we chose Pride and Glory over the other shops in the area. Chris did an amazing job, my tattoo is absolutely beautiful, I couldnt be happier.

Catalyn is an amazing talent...and listens to her clients to understand what it is that they want. Then delivers!! She corrected a tattoo I had done approx 7 yrs ago. It is my only one and is very meaningful to me. The original artist did NOT listen to what I wanted and did his own thing. I was always disappointed about it. I stopped into Pride and Glory and asked if it could be corrected (I still had the original picture of what I wanted it to look like) and Catalyn said she could. I could not be happier with the results and have just fallen in love with my very special tattoo💕

James and his crew of Pride & Glory Tattoo are amazing artists. They each posses their own unique style. The atmosphere in the shop is friendly and welcoming. You won't find another shop up to par in the area. From first step inside the doors your particular tattoo needs are met. Whether you only have a partial idea of an image for your piece or the entire design drawn up the guys there will have you in love with what they put on your body. You won't get some simply flash image that a million others have. You will walk away with a piece you will take pride in for years. Go ahead take the step and get some ink laid that you've always wanted by the lads at Pride & Glory. You won't ever regret it.

I have been getting tattoos by Donnie and James for 15 years. I live in FL now and still wait until I go to visit family in NY to get ink done. They are clean, courteous, and very good artists, to say the least! The prices are definitely fair and the products used are very good quality. I recommend all my friends to go to Pride and Glory in Watertown. Great work, great shop!

Got this BEAUTIFUL tattoo from Richelle. Even though her books will probably go through the roof from posting this I had to share. It came out 10x better than the image I had in my head. I wanted a touch up to make the white pop out more before I posted (ocd) but work got in the way. Honestly even without it its still beautiful. She's awesome ❤.

This is an extremely clean and very skilled tattoo shop. I have followed Caitlan Murphy from her old shop to this one and the shop is much more open and welcoming than the last one she was at. Everyone there always made me feel comfortable even after I was there for many hours in pain. Caitlin is the most wonderful tattoo artist and now additionally a friend. If you have not seen her work, please look her up. I have quite a lot of artwork on my body and she has fixed many pieces that were faded and some that were messed up my previous artists. I will always recommend and send everyone I know there, especially for Caitlan. I have sent many friends to Pride & Glory and they all have had really good experiences.
Even now that I live 9 and 1/2 hours south of this shop, I refuse to go to anyone else and am planning trips in the Summer to go there and get more work done by Caitlan. You are looking for a trustworthy, safe, clean and very experienced tattoo shop in upstate NY that is full of great artists, please go to Pride & Glory.

I got a tattoo yesterday (09/05) done by Caitlan. BioShock chain links with lettering underneath. She is very nice (even gave me gummies cuz the smell of disinfectant always gets me dizzy!) and I love the tattoo. Already got several compliments (: I'd recommend her to anyone.

My daughter said Aliyah and the shop was excellent, clean, fast and professional, she is very happy

I have been a customer first and then a friend later to the whole P&G crew, let me tell you something they not only can accomplish a great tattoo, but they can fix someone else's screw up, or attempt at a tat, those that can't tattoo, are called scratch artists, and I have had so far a full sleeve cover up currently still in progress, this go to show that the level of skill is there. The shop down the street also did two tat's and on you can't read, and the other not only is in horrible form, it is scared and unreadable. Praise the crew you want, but don't know others. Also as a final note, there is plenty of acreage and people around this area to share the wealth, if the customers push it, all the other shops will be put out of business.

I have had 2 tattoos done here both are amazing Im so happy with them. The price was great as well. Im wanting another one done and im sad that im no longer in NY to have it done. Mine where done about a year and a half ago and still look great
