We needed our septic pipe dug up and replaced in our yard, which is a big job! The team was very thorough in explaining what they had to do prior to the job. They were on time and didn’t seem to stop working during the 6 hour project. Very professional and kind. Carla, whom I spoke with on the phone and via email, was so friendly, helpful and quick with response time. Brian, Zeus and Justin were on site to get the job done. They finished the project by refilling and leveling out the dirt, leaving the yard as clean as they possibly could. I highly recommend their service and will use them in the future.

I am very pleased with the work completed by Keith and Mike. They are very pleasant and professional. They did an excellent job and I will recommend American Plumbing Heating and Cooling to many of my friends. I am presently doing a load of wash now. My knees and back will be happy that I have a laundry unit on the 1st floor.

I had a very heavy clog between my septic tank and baffle . Jack from American plumbing can out and found the issue. It was a large root. He went above and beyond to get the line cleared successfully . Highly recommend this place and I will personally request Jack if he is available

So far so good! I have hot water and no leaks!! They were very polite and responded quickly to my call.

We discovered a water line leak in our front lawn. We called and they came out to do the work the next day. The job ended up being more challenging than we thought. They worked hard and put in a long day to get the work done. They were professional and did great work. Would highly recommend and would use them again!

James did my furnace and AC cleaning and maintenance. He was on time, didn't leave a bit of mess and was knowledgeable on their condition. I am very happy with the service!

Had a new toilet installed. The guys were on time and very polite. From start to finish took less than two hours. All parts of the old toilet went in their truck. I also appreciated the fact that American had no problem with me purchasing my own toilet. I would not hesitate to use American in the future. Very satisfied. 👍

Aaron did a great job!!! He was at my house within an hour of my call for service. Replaced the gas valve ($680) on my furnace and had heat back with in an hour. Very professional and courteous.

A little expensive but having it done so quickly and running again it was worth it.

James was great! My furnace went out and James came and did a full diagnostic of the furnace. And let me know what my options were outside of replacing the entire furnace. Although it's just a matter of time until I will need to have it replaced. When that time comes, I will be calling American Plumbing, Heating and Cooling! Thanks James!

Very nice young man worked in the heat to fix my A/C. I was impressed that I was able to get same day service. Took a shot with this company and I'm happy that I did.

Dean was excellent. He explained what he was going to do and costs before beginning his work, no surprises. It was to me a major job to open up the drains to the sewer in the basement, took extra time. Dean was respectful to customer and using booties in the house. The company was able to get him here earlier then planned and that was gratefully appreciated. Thanks American Plumbing and especially Dean!

American Heating and Plumbing is a great company and I highly recommend them to anyone. I was able to get an appointment right away as we were having plumbing issues and needed someone asap. Cisco came out and advised us about what to do. He is experienced and very knowledgeable. We were very pleased with his service. A few days later he returned with his co worker Dan and they again were prompt, courteous and efficient. It’s a Sunday night and I have water leaking in the basement that can only be stopped by shutting off all water until tomorrow. That isn’t an option so thankfully American Plumbing Heating & Cooling was able to come out. Chris Spicer was courteous cautious and efficient.

We were charged for a courtesy visit that may have been a woodpecker issue rather than a hot water heater issue. They've since retracted the fee, but come on...up-front pricing, right?

Second time using American plumbing. Great job again and very reasonable pricing. Plumbers explained to me everything they needed to do. Got it done in a timely & neat manor. They noticed my water heater was old but didn't try to sell me one. Recommended that I should reaplce it. I will always call American if I ever need more plumbing work.
